Collected thoughts and unanswered questions re: Obama’s Place of Birth:

1. If Obama WAS born in Hawaii he was delivered by SOMEONE – an OB/GYN, a midwife (given his mother’s hippy/earth mother tendencies this seems possible) – and yet no one has stepped forward in Hawaii to say – “Hey, I was present at the birth!” That strikes me as a little odd... a dog not barking.

Honolulu is a small (1,211,537 in 2000) town TODAY (the hotels and tourist trade belies the fact that there are relatively few people living in the city) – in 1961 Honolulu was MUCH SMALLER (632,772 in 1960)

There are approximately 70 OB/GYN’s in Honolulu TODAY (http://www.thestateofhawaii.com/physician/physician-ob-gyn.html#oahu)... In 1961, perhaps there were 30 (35 max). Many of these physicians would have been in practice together. ALL of whom would have known each other and worked in perhaps as many as FIVE hospitals (certainly not more). And yet, no one has come forward and said “oh yeah – I remember the Obama’s – African man, teenaged white girl...” In 1961, even in Hawaii, this would have been a VERY UNUSUAL AND MEMORABLE COUPLE – an yet no one has stepped up and said, “I delivered the Messiah!”

So – who delivered Obama? Can not be too hard to find out, IF he was born in Hawaii...

2. Also, who was Obama’s pediatrician? He or she would almost certainly have some early records of Obama’s birth (weight, height, blood type, complications apgar score, etc) Pediatricians typically see children at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months after birth. Obama’s 1st pediatrician almost certainly would know where Obama was REALLY born.

3. Is it possible that Obama has claimed birth in Kenya at times when he might have gained some benefit from doing so? Maybe the reason he has been so secretive about the facts and circumstances of his time at Columbia College is that (speculation) he told Columbia that he was born in Kenya – this almost certainly would have helped him gain admission to Columbia (my alma mater btw). Obama, by all accounts (including his own!) was a poor student at Occidental, so why did Columbia accept him? His skin color certainly helped, perhaps identifying himself as “born in Africa” helped too...

Can we go back to any newspapers and search births?

I know in local papers there are birth announcments. Shouldnt there be a statistic somewhere of live births that year, how many boys/girls/white/black/ect.

Even if Obama were delivered by a young 30 year old OB/GYN, that doctor would be 77 now. It’s quite likely that everyone involved is either dead or mentally incompetent.

What hospital? Good grief you would think this would be an easyone to solve.....Anyone with money and free time to go to Hawaii....talk to Hospital staff....shouldnt this be a matter of public record?

Interesting thing about that is that the announcement lists and address that the Obamas did not live at...

  Lori Starfelt, a PUMA documentary producer, came across an announcement in the Honolulu Sunday Advertiser, dated August 13, 1961. On August 4, Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama had given birth to a son.

In conversations with both the Advertiser and the Department of Vital Statistics, Starfelt discovered, “This is not a paid announcement that his grandmother could arrange. This is information that comes from Vital Records…it isn’t a late registration birth certificate - we know that for certain. It’s filed at the Department of Vital Statistics the first week after his birth.”

 

 

Typical OB/GYN delivers 15-18 babies per month.  Expecting someone to remember a delivery 47 years later is beyond laughable.

He has never released his medical records, only a one page letter from his physician stating that he was in good health. Yeah, meanwhile he smokes, he has a family history of cancer and they want to make it sound like McCain is going to keel over any minute.

Osama HUSSEIN Obama is not a naturalized citizen, he is Kenyan-born, adopted by an Indonesian and never renounced his citizenship...even if he was born in Hawaii as he claims (which I don’t believe), he’s at best a DUAL citizen of Kenya and Indonesia or a naturalized citizen who is thereby disqualified from running for President.

For someone with THAT ONE’s questionable background, shady friends and associates, and his extremely socialist record as a US Senator and almost ZERO experience to be the nominee, I despise the DUmocrat party’s adoption of communism as their ultimate goal and those who’d sit idly by and allow their party to promote such a man as THAT ONE.

Reports quote information that certified copies of a Kenyan Birth Certificate (BC) for Obama were sent from Kenya, and have been received by three separate individuals.

And that these documents are certified, with an embossed seal, and display the name of the hospital where Obama was born, as well as witness signatures.

Reportedly this BC reflects information filed Oct. 9 by Philip Berg. See item #18 on this docket, page 10, the relevant language of which, underlined in red, is captured here in a screen shot:

It has been asserted by a number of sources, including Andy Martin, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya and not in Hawaii.

Philip Berg’s Latest Motion to the Court is more explicit since it gives an exact Place of Birth. I must assume that Berg did not simply pluck the Location out of thin air, Mombasa has more than one Hospital, though Coast Provincial General was the best in 1961.

British Birth Certificates have a Standard Format which has been more or less the same since 1837 and they can only be challenged in a British Court. Kenyan Law is explicit and can only be challenged in a Kenyan Court. Indonesian Law is explicit and can only be challenged in an Indonesian Court. Be clear, if Obama was born in Kenya this is not simply a matter for the US Courts, or US Law.

If he was born in Kenya, and his parents were Legally Married [which on the Preponderance of Evidence they were, his father’s first “Marriage” being a Tribal, or Village, Marriage, which was not Legally Recognized] due to the age of his mother he would NOT have been a US Citizen. The Immigration and Nationality Act 1952, 8 U.S.C. 1401. Sec. 301 (g) [Effective November 14, 1986] does not apply, nor does Title III, Immigration and Nationality Act Section 309. [8 U.S.C. 1409].

Unless he has taken the Oath of Allegiance as a Naturalized Citizen since he was 18 years old, and if he was born in Mombasa, Kenya, Barack Hussein Obama II would not be a US Citizen, period. The issue of whether or not he was Natural Born under Article II of the Constitution of the United States would cease to matter and he would need to be Deported as an Illegal Alien.

Impeachment as a Senator would seem not to be necessary since he would never Legally have been one, but Diane Feinstein and the members of the Senate Ethics and Rules Committee would be liable to Impeachment. So would their opposite numbers in the Illinois Senate and the appropriate officials of the Illinois State Supreme Court and Bar, so far as I can see.

If Senator Barack Hussein Obama II was born in The Coast Provincial General Hospital at Mombasa in Kenya at 7.24 PM on August 4th 1961, or at any other time, he is not a Natural Born Citizen of these United States and he never was. Philip J Berg, Esq, is correct, under the Nationality Act of 1940, as Revised June 1952 and in accord with United States of America vs Cervantes-Nava 281 F 3d 501 (2002) and Drozd vs INS, 155 F 3d 81, 85-88 (2d Circuit 1998) Senator Barack Hussein Obama II would not ever have been a Legal US Citizen at all, unless he was Naturalized.

If he was born in The Coast Provincial General Hospital at Mombasa in Kenya any Certificate, or Certification of Live Birth, issued for him by the State of Hawaii is a Fraudulent and Illegal Document. At Birth he would have been a UK and Colonies Citizen and in accord with the Kenyan Constitution he would have become a Kenyan Citizen in December 1963. He would not have been a US Citizen.

Alternatively, his UK and Colonies Birth Certificate issued in Mombasa in August 1961 could be a Fraudulent and Illegal Document. The two BCs would need to be compared. By this I mean the Original Vault Copy of the Hawaiian Birth Certificate and not the Amended, Post Adoption, Copy, Legally available to the Senator, assuming he was, as indicated by the Preponderance of Evidence, Adopted by Lolo Soetoro.

This case might also need to go through the UK and Kenyan Courts and becomes a Matter of International Law and Controversy.

I believe so. In his Oct 9th filing with the judge, Berg said he had evidence that Obama was born at Coast Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya. Since I don’t think Berg would enjoy being held in contempt and/or disbarred, I think it’s quite likely he has the evidence.

In any normal country you’d think the jig would soon be up for Mr. Obama ( as an illegal alien, the title “Senator” is no longer properly his ). But hey, this is all-new USA, where apparently anything goes in the pursuit of power. I don’t think a happy ending is by any means a foregone conclusion.

This wouldn't be hard to research at all.

Obtain names of children also born in January 1961 in Honolulu.

Use online "people search" databases, to find current addresses and phone numbers (for some of them), or google for an email.

Call or write them, explain your purpose, ask them to check their birth certificates (for names of hospital and attending physician).

Track down physicians (probably, retired now) and ask them questions.
