I don’t care either because it’s a non-issue with me. However, the media can construe BS as truth.

Yep, I am with you, who cares, affairs are everywhere. You get two extra points on your resume credit score.

I've reviewed the docket. It does not look like a contested divorce--there's not nearly enought paperwork. So I would be surprised to see a bunch of inflammatory stuff filed. There would be business details and that I might want to seal.

I'm rating the chance of the court records containing anything very explosive as pretty low. Frank

Well, clearly Trig is not Todd’s son. The Daily Pos proved it with comparative pictures of their eyelids. Is the business partner Asian, by any chance?

Do the fools really not know that kids with Down Syndrome all have slanting eyes and that this is the reason they used to be called "Mongoloids" (but no longer are)?

Sheesh.

Are you kidding? Down’s syndrome used to be called Mongolism, because of their hooded oriental looking eyes and smallish stature. Journalism majors must be some of the least informed people on Earth.

"I looked at this docket. It is an absolutely straightforward, agreed divorce. There appear to be no declarations filed (which is how someone might make an allegation that my husband cheated on me with so and so).

So, there appears to be absolutely nothing of any potential political relevance in this file in any event."

==================================================

Good to hear - it's entirely possible (maybe likely) that the Obamanation started the rumor simply to pressure the guy into filing to seal the divorce records, which almost anyone would do in the face of an impending media onslaught - but once sealed, then the Obamanators and KosPukes could assert anything at all they wanted to about the records.....

So, as long as there really is no "there" there, the only hope for the Obamanators was to be able to spread slanders while the divorce records remained sealed. It may actually be a very good thing for the McCain/Palin campaign that the motion was denied, though obviously disgusting for the divorced couple that will now have zillions of reporters trying to pore over their personal info.

It's good because the media has no real charge to smear Palin. If they BS the truth...well that's the US media for you.

And the 47th customer last week was flat footed, had an in-grown toe nail, and bad breath.

I’ve gotta believe if there was anything to this story they would have found it and dropped the bomb by now.

Maybe, just maybe, he doesn’t think it is anyone’s business what is in his divorce and doesn’t want it spread all over the country. Their doesn’t have to be anything untoward in the divorce for a person to want to keep it out of national news.

Our family loved the way Sarah turned her back to the audience, so the baby could look at the audience over Sarah's shoulder.

I thought Trig's eyelids were similar to those of other babies who had Down Syndrome.

Trig seemed a little "floppy" too, like some Down Syndrome babies.

Is it my innate gutter-mind or is it the company I keep here at Wonkette? Shame on me for even wondering about it. I feel so guilty. Please heap reproach!

If I had filed for divorce and my former business partner was about to get the media anal, by the left, you betcha I would SEAL the DOCS.

The Clinton Controlled National Enquirer has at last count 7 reporters spreading cash around Alaska. You know that the Obama Insurgency is busily planting political IEDS all over the state, hoping that one will go off and take down innocent people connected to Palin.

Michelle Obama is the designated hitter on this one folks. She is teflon, the media will not touch her, if she goes after Palin, she is a woman, and she is Black, which trumps being a woman. This thing goes racial in 15 days, make book on it.

Oh yeah, one last thing, just like hillary Michelle is a lawyer, which means she has bar baggage too...lets start looking into her clients at Sidley and Austin. My guess is there is definite dirt there.

I'm guessing there is a lot of financial information they'd prefer not to make public.

I would think that in a small private community, people want their business private. Now reporters are crawling all over this man and his divorce records.
If his wife named Palin in her divorce papers, I’m sure Sarah’s opponants would’ve used it long ago.
I bet there is nothing there at all.
