I gotta believe that if there really was such an affair, she would have disclosed it to the McCain team and she would have not been selected as McCain's running mate.
So I'm assuming this will not harm her, because there is no there there.

If it’s Todd Palin’s business partner’s divorce and one of the spouses alledges the other had an affair in the divorce complaint, it still doesn’t make it true.

I looked at this docket. It is an absolutely straightforward, agreed divorce. There appear to be no declarations filed (which is how someone might make an allegation that my husband cheated on me with so and so).
So, there appears to be absolutely nothing of any potential political relevance in this file in any event.
