Nope, no Army listings for a Charles Payne, just Navy...
Is there anyone who has access to see when Obama’s great uncle got back in the states. It would be nice to see if he started work right after his service or if he indeed stayed in his attick for 6 weeks. I really think that is hard to believe. Would be nice to find out when he started employment when coming back from war.
You assume that the 'lied to' will be offended, Bill Clinton never bothered the left. The left seems to only be offended by the truth.

ooops those are the Navy only listings...my bad!
It seems clear that this statement is timed with his efforts to capture the Jewish vote. Is that just coincidence? I saw a quote from 2002 where BHO made the same statement but stated it was his grandfather, not uncle.

Problem is, is that independents will be voting, too, and most of them don’t like lies.
Agusta, Butler County is adjacent to Wichita, KS where his grand parents lived.
You know, I was willing to accept that Obama mistakenly named Auschwitz instead of Buchenwald or wherever else the COncentration Camp was. Errors happen. I was even willing to give slack when he said Uncle instead of Great Uncle.
But to explain away such misstatements with a lie is an insult to us, and it reveals his original statement was also a lie to start with.
Wonder how long it will take for Obama to say we can’t talk about his uncle?
With no conventional family unit to speak of, grandmothers who are not related by blood but by marriage, like grandpa’s #3 wife, are easy to produce. All are relatives of convenience to fit the speech of the day in order to connect to the group of the moment! Grandma - mothers, uncle - Jews, etc. etc.
One thing I will say. If it turns out that Obama completely made this story up and he was caught, I know what the explanation will be:
“Well, uncle Chuck and others told this story so many times, I believed it was true.”
Time to throw another typical white guy under the bus. Uncle Chuck was probably clinging to his guns and Bible anyways. He deserved to be thrown under the bus.
