A thread that I started got pulled without explanation by a Jim Robinson. I'm new here and don't know how to ask the appropriate person (Jim Robinson) why. How do I do that please?

The Jim Robinson to whom you refer is the owner of this site. He can pretty much do as he pleases. I kinda doubt he owes any explanation for that.

Jim Robinson is the owner of this site. You managed to get your post pulled by the big man himself.

Since apparently you did not get zotted first, I assume you just goofed. The site has a variety of ways to contact a "moderator", which is how you get questions such as yours answered.

This is a high profile conservative site. It gets a LOT of goofy posts, posts intended to make the site look bad, posts intended to make conservatives in general look bad, and posts just intended to generally stir things up. Without controls on what gets posted, the site would be destroyed.
