Was JFK the last REAL president?
FR ^ | Nov 22 | RandFan

Alex Jones often says he was the last REAL president in the sense that they could (back then) actually run things, make decisions/appointments, decide policy etc.

Since that fateful day his thesis is that all the presidents have been puppets. Every one of them with the possible exception of Trump who they used impeachment (twice!) / conviction to keep in line.

Is there any truth to this do you think?

A “real” President is a president who speaks truth - in my lifetime, that’s Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan and Trump.

If you think JFK’s Camelot was more real than DJT’s MAGA, you have been completely brainwashed.

Camelot was literally a myth built upon a myth.

And by the way, the Constitution was specifically designed to limit a Presidents’s power - not to allow a President to “actually run things, make decisions / appointments, decide policy etc.” There were to be three co-equal branches.

The strength of RR as a truth-teller and a visionary is legendary for those of us whose hearts and minds were open to seeing it. The strength of DJT as a truth-teller and a healer of a sick nation - is yet to be measured - he could be one of the greatest ever.

If it isn’t Trump it should be Reagan or Ike.

“JFK wasn’t ever really elected.”

And perhaps was a bigger perv than Biden and Clinton.

Even JFK joked about “winning” by cheating, and that his father bought it for him.

Maybe it wasn’t his idea.

“Or was just told to appoint him by whoever controls things.”

Probably McConnell, directed by the Bush contingent. My opinion is that Yertle gave him a list of people the Senate would confirm, and he could pick from that.

“His acolytes created the ridiculous ‘Camelot’ myth”

IIRC, Jackie, a big fan of the musical that was relatively new at the time, created the myth and pushed it hard. The acolytes and press jumped on it and promoted it.

The constitution has no remedy when the cowardly Robert’s court won’t do its job.

Don’t forget amnesty.

Harding. Coolidge was just following in his footsteps (except for his horrible RINO SCOTUS appointment of a left-winger that FDR made Chief Justice).

Re: 46 - “He used federal troops to ensure the enrollment of black students at the universities of Mississippi and Alabama”

He federalized troops of the Alabama Army National Guard, as well he should, as both states refused to admit qualified black American applicants.

JFK would be a center right Republican in today’s world.

We probably have not had an honestly elected president since before 1960.
Or earlier.
CIA was created in about 1947 IIRC
Before then we had Pinkerton Men

that was done in 1981 and signed by Reagan

Nope - Eisenhower, Reagan, and Trump are the last true presidents we had.

JFK emptied the mental institutions because he wanted to federalize the mentally ill and all the money involved.

“The last piece of legislation President John F. Kennedy signed turns 50 this month: the Community Mental Health Act, which helped transform the way people with mental illness are treated and cared for in the United States.

Signed on Oct. 31, 1963, weeks before Kennedy was assassinated, the legislation aimed to build mental health centers accessible to all Americans so that those with mental illnesses could be treated while working and living at home, rather than being kept in neglectful and often abusive state institutions, sometimes for years on end.”
(snip)
“Recent deadly mass shootings, including at the Washington Navy Yard and a Colorado movie theater, have been perpetrated by men who were apparently not being adequately treated for serious mental illnesses. Those tragedies have focused public attention on the mental health system and made clear that Kennedy’s vision was never fully realized.”
(snip)
In 1963, the average stay in a state institution for someone with schizophrenia was 11 years.
(snip)
Meanwhile, about 90 percent of beds have been cut at state hospitals—— that has left nowhere for the sickest people to turn, so they end up homeless, abusing substances or in prison. The three largest mental health providers in the nation today are jails: Cook County in Illinois, Los Angeles County and Rikers Island in New York.”

The Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981, passed by a Democratic-controlled House of Representatives and a Republican-controlled Senate, and signed by President Ronald Reagan on August 13, 1981, repealed most of the Mental Health Systems Act. The Patients’ Bill of Rights, section 501, was not repealed; per Congressional record, the Congress felt that state provisions were sufficient and section 501 served as a recommendation to states to review and refine existing policies.

Quite a few “who ever decides things” on this thread. I’m sure people that come to mind are the likes of Soros, Gates etc.

But think on this as to “who ever decides things”: the Rothchild family controls north of $500 Trillion - certainly enough to be “who ever decides things”.
