It should be obvious by now to any thinking American that our country is in the middle of a Communist Revolution. The Chinese Communist Party , our own homegrown Leftists and their Willing Idiots have clearly decided the time was ripe to usher in their Revolution. Donald Trump was the trigger. He had to go so the enemy burned and looted our cities and infected the World with a virus that provided the excuse for mail in voting with its rich opportunities for Voter Fraud. If we can’t vote them out how do we win?
The answer is already in the Constitution. Article V to be specific. The opponents of Article V act as if was sneaked into that document by evil leftists . “Just follow the Constitution! “ they cry! Hello? Using Article V is using the Constitution! It’s not the same Constitution as when America started, many of the amendments added have been like a cancer that continues to grow!
‘If the enemy does not follow the Constitution why would changing it help?’ The enemy has always been self anointed individuals who believe they should have the Final Say due to their wonderful infallible wisdom. The first injury to the Constitution was the conversion of the Supreme Court into the Court of Supreme Whim with Marbury v. Madison in 1803. The Court seized the power of the Final Say! During the Constitutional debates this was not what the framers wanted. The Court got away with this power grab because the President and Congress get to pass along controversial issues to unelected lifelong black robed lawyers who are effectively untouchable. THIS IS WHY THE CONSTITUTION IS NOT FOLLOWED. Change it so the Supreme court no longer has the Final Say. How obvious is that?
The Convention of States (COS) has never been used. Fear , Uncertainty and Despair (FUD) is why. Even an impending Civil War was not enough of an incentive to overcome the FUD. They did try but it was too little too late. We are already in an undeclared cold Civil War , imagine how much worse it will be than the First Democrat-Republican War when this Communist Revolution finally goes hot?
Right now Republicans hold a comfortable majority of the State Legislatures. Every state only gets one vote . With Democrats already passing bills in the House Nationalizing Mail In Voting and other Fraud Friendly measures how much longer can the advantage the good guys have last? Only 2 flaky RAT Senators have so far prevented this final blow to the Republic. Guess what? In the next election cycle Republicans have to defend 20 seats and Democrats 14 . It gets worse. 5 Republican Senators are retiring and so far no Democrats. Even without the Vote Fraud the odds are clearly against us! (Don’t forget the Great Replacement, who knows how many of Joe’s border invaders will vote as well)
One final note before some Elmer FUD chimes in. The Convention of States currently under consideration with 15 of the needed 34 states already signed on specifically voids the call if the Convention exceeds the boundaries of the call. A Convention call would be so unusual and historic not only would it draw the Nation’s whole attention but literally the Whole World would be watching. Try and get away with passing evil amendments when billions of eyeballs know they are void, just try.
Perhaps you have forgot Congress has the same power to propose amendments. We have nothing left to lose.

You keep repeating yourself as if that was all that was needed. The Socialists control 20 State Legislatures. Republicans control 30. The Socialists are in control of just about everything else. It is foolish not to take advantage of the one tool we have.
Any amendments coming out of an Article V convention needs to be ratified by 38 states. Good luck with that.

My theory is you can't become a Democrat politician unless you have some dirt that will land you in jail in Nanzi's bag of tricks. James Traficant and Rod Blagojevich are examples of the hammer coming down for going off the plantation. Democrats are truly the unamerican party of evil.

No document can save America. It will take a lot of blood in the streets, and Americans just aren’t there yet. Most won’t ever be willing to do what it takes. America is destined for the dust bin of history, likely within my lifetime (by ~2050).

You are quite right that our options are fast dwindling and time is running out to reverse the slide. Not only do we need MAGA-agenda people in office, they should also support a Convention. The Leftists fear that like they fear the election audits; therefore it should be done. We can MAKE the sun come out.

Oh, I think there’s still a helluva lot left to lose, and more of it’s getting lost every week we go without a CoS.
To my mind, The Point Of No Return is just after the first State actually secedes from the Union. It’d likely be one of the States that have already signed on to push for a CoS, so we’d be down by one. But that secession would either galvanize the remaining States to push CoS over the top and DO it, and maybe we recover and the departed State is readmitted; or it’ll start a chain reaction, and several other States will also secede — probably also States supporting a CoS, so that move will be crippled, such that there aren’t enough remainig States to initiate a CoS.
That’s the time as I read it on my watch.
It’s VERY LATE.
States that support a CoS need to publicly prepare to secede, and they need to say out loud to all the cameras and microphones, “By January 1st, 2022, there’s either going to be enough additional States join with us to hold a Constitutional Article V Convention of States, or we are — every one of us — leaving the Union on January 2nd. Either another 15 States figure out what time it is and join up with us to restore this Republic, or we’ll consider it dead, and go our way in peace.”
THAT — at the very least, the announcement of a certain make-or-break date for deciding — is really what’s needed, now.
This communist revolution started a long time ago. But nobody is quiet sure when exactly it began. Was it when the federal taxes began or FDR and The New Deal? Or was it after the last Civil War during reconstruction? Was during the Vietnam War, the House on Un-American Activities when they found communists in government and in media and Hollywood? Assassination of JFK? Vietnam War? 60s Cultural revolution? 9/11? Carter, Clinton, Obama or even the Johnson administrations? Could be any of those.
Thus in my opinion Trump was not the trigger at all. It was coming for decades.
Trump was another cog in the wheel. Sure The Bush’s were traitors. I never supported them. But, I recall when the left attacked them in the same way as Trump. So this wasn’t new.
Our Constitution is in real, mortal danger at this very moment. The enemy is ignoring the restrictions imposed by our founding document — have been since FDR and even before — and we need to take strong action to get back on track.
There are actually very few powers granted by the Constitution to the central government. Nowhere does the Constitution give Washington the power to impose vaccine mandates, or speed limits, or restrictions on the sale of 100-watt light bulbs, or … or … or … But you get the point. Using the word “free” to describe American life is getting difficult.
If strong medicine is indicated, and it surely is, then let’s roll up our sleeves. Certain Amendments would NEVER be approved by Congress but an Article V Convention could force the issue. Term Limits for all those bums now in office would a splendid start for an Article V Amendment.
Put in a no-nonsense chairman to avoid shenanigans and we could pass such an Amendment in no time. Then move on to the next Amendment.
(As friendly reminder, EVERY U.S. VETERAN swore an oath to “support and defend” the Constitution. Yes you did! And that oath carried no expiration date. The time has come to support and defend, y’all.)
