It should be obvious by now to any thinking American that our country is in the middle of a Communist Revolution. The Chinese Communist Party , our own homegrown Leftists and their Willing Idiots have clearly decided the time was ripe to usher in their Revolution. Donald Trump was the trigger. He had to go so the enemy burned and looted our cities and infected the World with a virus that provided the excuse for mail in voting with its rich opportunities for Voter Fraud. If we can’t vote them out how do we win?
The answer is already in the Constitution. Article V to be specific. The opponents of Article V act as if was sneaked into that document by evil leftists . “Just follow the Constitution! “ they cry! Hello? Using Article V is using the Constitution! It’s not the same Constitution as when America started, many of the amendments added have been like a cancer that continues to grow!
‘If the enemy does not follow the Constitution why would changing it help?’ The enemy has always been self anointed individuals who believe they should have the Final Say due to their wonderful infallible wisdom. The first injury to the Constitution was the conversion of the Supreme Court into the Court of Supreme Whim with Marbury v. Madison in 1803. The Court seized the power of the Final Say! During the Constitutional debates this was not what the framers wanted. The Court got away with this power grab because the President and Congress get to pass along controversial issues to unelected lifelong black robed lawyers who are effectively untouchable. THIS IS WHY THE CONSTITUTION IS NOT FOLLOWED. Change it so the Supreme court no longer has the Final Say. How obvious is that?
The Convention of States (COS) has never been used. Fear , Uncertainty and Despair (FUD) is why. Even an impending Civil War was not enough of an incentive to overcome the FUD. They did try but it was too little too late. We are already in an undeclared cold Civil War , imagine how much worse it will be than the First Democrat-Republican War when this Communist Revolution finally goes hot?
Right now Republicans hold a comfortable majority of the State Legislatures. Every state only gets one vote . With Democrats already passing bills in the House Nationalizing Mail In Voting and other Fraud Friendly measures how much longer can the advantage the good guys have last? Only 2 flaky RAT Senators have so far prevented this final blow to the Republic. Guess what? In the next election cycle Republicans have to defend 20 seats and Democrats 14 . It gets worse. 5 Republican Senators are retiring and so far no Democrats. Even without the Vote Fraud the odds are clearly against us! (Don’t forget the Great Replacement, who knows how many of Joe’s border invaders will vote as well)
One final note before some Elmer FUD chimes in. The Convention of States currently under consideration with 15 of the needed 34 states already signed on specifically voids the call if the Convention exceeds the boundaries of the call. A Convention call would be so unusual and historic not only would it draw the Nation’s whole attention but literally the Whole World would be watching. Try and get away with passing evil amendments when billions of eyeballs know they are void, just try.
In 1776, our founders signed the Declaration of Independence which ended with:
“And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”
These men represented the wealthy, the influential, and the well-connected. When men of such means are willing to fight for these beliefs, the average man will follow.
But the average man is not able to do this on his own; at best, he’ll end up like John Brown.
Each state gets one vote. You only need one true patriot per state. Even less actually because any human committee is only actually energized by a few bold voices.
Politicians are timid creatures by their very nature. The ones that stand out usually get nailed. They LOVE the attention and benefits of their office so they avoid controversies like stolen elections.They rather enjoy their comfy existence for election after election. A Convention of States however is a one time deal not done in over 200 years. It would not be business as usual.
America won WWII—IMHO—by shear brute force—by overwhelming the enemy with man power and hardware. The Left is using the same tactic to destroy America: Overwhelm with indoctrinated robots with the help of the media. Their tactic is a winner and unless we can convince people what is happening then it is truly over.

Stupid idea. You and that other COS guy are nuts. The Dems would take it over so fast your heads will not even begin to spin before their guillotine chops them off. There is not ‘safeguard’ you can enact to prevent them from circumventing it - just like all the other laws.
COS was made for honest intelligent educated people with common sense of which their seems to be huge lack these days.

The RATs are already trying to Nationalize the Elections in spite of half the country convinced they stole the last election. They know they've crossed the Rubicon and have to seize total power to crush their opposition. Either that or face the consequences for their endless crimes. As I mentioned in the essay our days are numbered. We have to act now or lose it all. They will very likely get the Senators they need in the next election. We have nothing left to lose.
Too many people think an Article V Convention would turn into a free-for-all Constitutional Convention, with EVERYTHING up for grabs (notably the 2nd Amendment).
The public needs to know that AMENDMENTS ONLY may be discussed and voted. Also, the choice of a chairman for the convention will be crucial, and while Donald Trump would be an inspired choice, I believe Mark Levin would be even better. (Mr. Trump never showed enough passion about the Constitution, IMHO.)
So … choose the Amendments carefully, choose a chairman wisely, inform the public about exactly what will take place, and all ahead flank speed!

Absolutely ! The real issue is some of the amendments which pass will fail to be ratified because it takes 3/4's of the states to do that.
I guess you missed the part about who the COS was intended to be used by and you and your lot are not them.

Perhaps you have forgot Congress has the same power to propose amendments. Once they Nationalize Elections how long do you think we have before they get 2/3's of both Houses? We have nothing left to lose.
