It sounded to me like Biden was saying both Libya and Syria needed economic / humanitarian assistance...which is objectively true.
Not sure the Russians are willing to foot the bill for NATO’s giant screw up in Libya, but they’ll likely be interested in rebuilding the damage caused by the US in Syria.

That is really terrible. He is a bumbling idiot. He has always been a low-IQ do-nothing, but this take the cake. Republicans will politely ignore and not take advantage of the situation. Seriously, every Republican should be abusing the crap of him. Show no mercy. The trick here is to tie Xiden’s incompetence to all Democrats, including every Democrat voter. Make them look like fools. Embarrass every one who voted for Xiden. Treat them like crap and maybe they will be too embarrassed to vote for a Rat again.
He seems unable articulate a coherent thought, and I don’t doubt he is confused. But Russia is fighting a proxy war in Libya, along with actively fighting in Syria. Both are disasters, and we bear much responsibility in both conflicts.
Meanwhile today on my phone I found a puff piece from the Daily Beast about Joe Biden and “Dr. Jill Biden” and their meeting with Queen Elizabeth and how warm and wonderful it was—the article claimed that when the queen met with Donald Trump it was more “formal” to suggest she didn’t like Trump but had to observe the protocol.
