It sounded to me like Biden was saying both Libya and Syria needed economic / humanitarian assistance...which is objectively true.

Not sure the Russians are willing to foot the bill for NATO’s giant screw up in Libya, but they’ll likely be interested in rebuilding the damage caused by the US in Syria.

I found his inability to complete a sentence with pauses, uhs, changing words, etc in the first minute and a half to be troubling. He did hit a stretch in the middle where he got two or three sentences out, and then towards the end he started drifting again.

The press spent days mocking Trump’s covfefe yet they are silent when it comes to Joe’s constant mumbling.

It does appear Russia does have a foot in Lybia as well as Syria. The way Biden bumbles along it is hard to tell!

Well, Russia and the US have both been in Syria and Libya and I have already seen a posting defending Biden saying he said nothing wrong and it is the right that is twisting his words.
