Will The nine members of the SCOTUS defend and protect the American Constitution or, will they choose to endorse illegal elections and voting activity, therein destroying the American Republic!!! "Democrat, Joe Biden is not the fairly, duly, legally elected 2020 POTUS...period...and, every American regardless of their political slant knows it!!!
SCOTUS...is time for all nine of you to show we, the American People, your profiles in courage, honesty & 100% loyalty to the American Constitution!!! Show us, we are all watching!!!
This whole thing is simply too big to ignore now. Whatever happens will be epic and one for the history books. And that includes the response that will unfold over months if Trump loses, and over weeks if he wins.
They’ll point to the US Constitution’s remedy for this: the state legislatures. Will the state legislatures act on it?

I thought the Constitution's remedy was that it goes to the House with 1 vote for each state, and Trump wins since the Republicans have a majority.

It is Constitutional.
SCOTUS won't be "selecting" the President; they will be "punting" in an acceptable way.
This is going to be in the history books at the level of Dredd Scott. The Court should take care to choose the path which is best for the country.
A likely event is the SCOTUS sides with Texas (and the others) and directs the states to correct their election via legislature. The Legislatures then all say ‘fine, we choose to select electors in accordance with the results of the voting already conducted’ and then it comes from the legislature. Argument gone, SCOTUS says ‘there ya go, now it’s okay, the result is the same. The GOP is then dead by suicide and Biden is sworn in as President of whatever country is left standing after that.
First the state legislatures have to dispute their electors, then the House has to act.
Probably just like the PA “case”, takes one look at it, crumbles it up and tosses it in the garbage, case closed, next...
The state legislatures in the states involved will certify for Biden. After all that is desired election outcome for the establishment Republican party. The USSC may well give team Trump a court victory but not an election victory.
I don’t have any faith the SC will take the case. Constitution? What Constitution?

If the rats are successful in this scam, Harris will be prez within the first year. She will make Biden look like a choir boy.

Also Trump should order that George Soros be arrested and jailed immediately!!! If Soros refuses arrest...he should be physically restrained and put in prison immediately!!! I agree. I just cannot see the Supreme Court changing anything though I really wish they would. They might agree on the merits but not in and way that would impact the selection of electors.
Texas isn’t trying to overturn the election. They are trying to overturn the fraud.
I have watched the people with legal experience chime in across the internet. The SCOTUS has to Docket the case, because they are original jurisdiction for State to State complaints.
That doesn’t mean they have to hear it. The excuse they will likely use to dismiss it, is that of standing. Specifically, are voters in Texas harmed by election Fraud in other states? More to the point, since it isn’t disputed, are citizens in Texas deprived of their right to vote if Pennsylvania rigs an election?
The lawyers say NO. They say that Texas citizens still get representation because they could legally vote for their electors and POTUS. So, the lawsuit lacks standing. Second, what is the remedy even if they are ‘damaged’. The SCOTUS would have to make a ruling to give the election to Trump.
I say that all Americans are disenfranchised by Voter fraud when it comes to Federal elections for Executive Branch POTUS/VPOTUS because we all must comply with ‘Taxation’, Executive Orders, and Military Service. These are all under the executive branch. Yes, so as far as I am concerned, cheating in any state could damage the voting itself (because they believe that the election is going for or against so they don’t vote) or because it leads to those obligations by citizens to the Executive branch. Fraud voting is disenfranchising honest voters in other states, and putting them at risk. Further, Civil Rights laws specifically protect all voters, so that ‘Trump Voters’ aren’t considered 4/5 of a voter and Biden voters are 6/5 of a voter. Finally, as previously determined by the SCOTUS in other rulings, you can’t win an election by Fraud.
The remedy is actually very simple. Simply ruling that the states failed to follow election laws, and they cannot seat electors. Then there are MULTIPLE CONSTITUTIONAL options available. The first is to then force the 12th amendment. The second is to delay of inauguration until March (when it usually occurred anyway) and a re-vote with security on the election.
These remedies DO NOT make Trump POTUS again. The 12th Amendment choices of the State legislators may not fall favorably to Trump. Delayed inauguration, with a new national vote, with security, would again not grant either candidate victory. Both of these are Constitutional remedies, IMHO, the problem with the second is logistical. The Chinese cannot be the vote counters, and they effectively are with dominion software.
