I guess this exonerates Billy Graham and Scalia. Our worries they were derps seem put to rest by the President’s list.

Should have added - the meaning at the time Constiution was written was a NBC was determined by this Jus Soli and Jus Sanguinis - by birth on the soil from parents who are citizens.
