Neither has been in direct contact with the president and did not fly on Air Force One. She is asymptomatic. After testing positive, Kimberly was immediately isolated to limit any exposure. She’s doing well, and will be retested to ensure the diagnosis is correct since she’s asymptomatic, but as a precaution will cancel all upcoming events”
Just proving a point I make with others often: “new cases” is a meaningless statistic without quantification of the persons symptoms. Quarantining will just slow the development of herd immunity which may well be the only thing that prevents more people from becoming sick, since no one has developed a vaccine for any coronavirus yet.

Thanks, I already had my (July) birthday, but close enough that my Dad early on got away with telling me the fireworks were for my birthday. (And I couldn’t have been happier!)
The 4th is when I’ve always done my most serious Birthday thinking, in any case.

I did hear on radio out of DFW a report confirming “rumors” that 1 positive test result can count up to 17 in the positive column. There’s that 17 again. The person tested positive, gave the names of 16 contacts and they reported 17 positive. WTH?!?!
