Give them separate bathrooms then. We are wasting too much time and energy debating what can never be decided to everyone’s satisfaction. That is not what schools are supposed to be for as a top priority.
Sounds like this was NOT a student at all, as the principal says “NO students were barred or banned from using any bathroom at Osseo Senior High”
and “In a second video, in which officials appear to be telling the student to leave school grounds” - STUDENTS aren’t normally told to just leave - right?

The student shot the videos on Wednesday at Osseo Senior High in Minnesota, accusing school officials of 'violating' him while she uses the bathroom.
The video shows the student sitting on a toilet in a locked bathroom stall while administrators repeatedly demand that he exit the stall.
