Today’s revisions and additions:
- Classified National Security Information (#2174, #2373) On December 29, 2009, President Barrack Hussein Obama sign Executive Order (EO) number 13526, clarifying and updating the rules and regulations governing the uniform system for classifying, safeguarding, and declassifying national security information, including information relating to defense against transnational terrorism. The order establishes who has authority to classify activities, programs, documents, and media, and to whom and how they can delegate their authority to so classify activities, programs, documents, and media, It describes the process for declassification and review before such declassification, and establishes exceptions to review requirements, and sets hierarchies of authority, with such authority deriving ultimately from Presidential executive powers, for both classification and declassification. It also sets four levels of terminology describing the four degrees of security for classification as Classified, Secret, Top Secret, and Special Access Program (SAP), and also addresses the ability to share the document with Foreign persons or Agencies as part of the classification/declassification process. The entire order is well worth reading for anyone who wants to understand the U.S. classified document, etc., system in place today.
Comparison of the Classified Sections in the Carter Page FISA warrant
application and Executive Order Number 13526
Q points out the EO specifically prohibits an authorized "originating" classifier from doing certain things. For example in Section 1.7 (a) it states:
"1.7 Classification Prohibitions and Limitations. (a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to be declassified in order to:
(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security."
Since none of the fake information in the Steele/Trump Dossier meets 1.7(a)(4), but it DOES seem to completely fit 1.7(a)(1,2, and 3) by bringing attention to multiple violations of the law by the previous Obama administration, the CIA, DOJ, FBI, DNI, and many members of those organizations, as well as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) as well, organizational malfeasance, administrative error, embarrassment to multiple persons in all of those departments, agencies, and the Obama administration, and restrained political competition by favoring one candidate over another, there was no justification for originally classifying the Carter Page FISA warrant application documents and there can be no lawful reason for continuing to maintain the classification under this Executive Order. She served as the senior advisor to former President of the United States Barack Obama and assistant to the president for public engagement and intergovernmental affairs from 2009 to 2017. Before that, she served as a co-chair of the Obama–Biden Transition Project.

Her father, pathologist and geneticist Dr. James Bowman, according to FBI files attained by JW, was in communication with a paid Soviet agent named Alfred Stern, who fled to Prague after getting charged with espionage. Bowman was also a member of a Communist-sympathizing group called the Association of Internes and Medical Students which is an organization that “has long been a faithful follower of the Communist Party line” and engages in un-American activities. Jarrett's father-in-law, Vernon Jarrett, was also another big-time Chicago Communist, according to separate FBI files obtained by JW as part of a probe into the Jarrett family’s Communist ties. For a period of time Vernon Jarrett appeared on the FBI’s Security Index and was considered a potential Communist saboteur. Jarrett and her family also had strong ties to Frank Marshal Davis, a big Obama mentor and Communist Party member with an extensive FBI file. (See Barack Obama, Handler).

- Coleman, Randall C.: (#2364) Randall C. Coleman was named by former FBI Director James Comey to be the executive assistant director of the Criminal, Cyber, Response, and Services Branch at the FBI head quarters in 2015. He is now the former executive assistant director of the Criminal, Cyber, Response and Services Branch. He instead has accepted a position of Vice President of Security for Caterpillar Corporation. Coleman reviewed the data on Anthony Weiner's Apple MacBook Pro on which were found hundreds of thousands of emails from Hillary Clinton's unauthorized email server from her term as Secretary of State which were claimed to have been deliberately erased, bleach-bitted, and essentially beyond retrieval, but also described as only referencing yoga classes and her daughter's Chelsea's wedding plans. Instead Coleman stated there was much more than that on the laptop in a folder labelled "insurance" including classified State Department correspondence and "-Hillary Clinton & Foundation, -Crime Against Children+++". Coleman also stated that Directory James Comey would have been "briefed on the (contents of the laptop files) first thing in the morning by his subordinates in the +++Criminal Investigative Division+++." and further it was added in the Q Drop that the Inspector General stated that "Comey told us that he did not recall the briefing by Coleman reflected in his calendar." Mr. President:
Patriots throughout the US are saddened by the recent resignation of Madame Ambassador Haley. She was certainly a champion of human liberty and always placed the concerns of the United States before the United Nations. God bless Ms. Haley’s service to human liberty.
In light of this resignation, I would humbly make a recommendation for Ms. Haley’s replacement. You would not find a more complete champion of US concerns as well as a representative of US ideals as my fellow patriot named “ransomnote”.
Ransomnote has been a posting member of website Free Republic since 2007 yet has proven herself a true patriot even before that time. Ransomnote has exhibited a true desire to bring the US ethos of human liberty to world she interfaces with.
Make little mistake. Ransomnote would not be concerned with compensation or government career expectations. Ransomnote would serve at the pleasure of the President. Payment for representing excellence of our Constitutional Republic would be, to ransomnote, a simple benefit of being a patriot.

Congress has already directed $1.6 billion to wall funding in the omnibus spending bill for fiscal year 2018 that just passed Congress, and McCarthy’s new bill–titled the “Build the Wall, Enforce the Law Act”–would take the wall the rest of the way, in addition to providing for a variety of enforcement measures.

The enforcement measures expected to be in this wall funding legislation include, among other legislation, Kate’s Law, an enforcement bill named for Kate Steinle, who was killed in sanctuary city San Francisco in the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election. But Republicans’ Senate reinforcements will not arrive until January 2019 when the new Congress is sworn in, so that means whatever the House passes in late 2018 for it to become law unless the Senate goes for it this year would need to be passed again in early 2019. All of that, of course, sets up an incentive for Republicans to show up to vote on November 6: a vote for a Republican is a vote for the wall
