I Can’t believe the Supreme Court would be sitting there bouncing quarters into cups of beer. Are you international? You may not have gotten this. but there was a game mentioned in Kavanaugh’s yearbook called Devil’s Triangle that was claimed to be about three men having sex with one woman. Turned out to be a variation of a drinking game where you bounce quarter dollar coins into cups full of beer and then have to drink the beer. So this is a joke playing off of that. Old People Don’t Play Quarters!

Yeah, I get it now. I don't drink alcohol so I've never played the game but I've seen it in videos, so this makes sense to me now. Sorry for the noise. By the way, not international. My handle is related to a martial art my son and I practiced and has nothing to do with my race.

If you bounce it into the cup, the other guy has to drink it and retrieve the quarter. Quarters was probably the main drinking game in the early 80s, before Beer Pong came along, and I played it many a night with Georgetown Prep guys that went to my school. It may have come from there, we didn’t play it at my high school in Missouri.

Drives me nuts. I’m like, “that was really funny” and expecting a laugh, and I get nothing. If only life was an ongoing sitcom. Maybe I should have a recording of a laugh track, and when I come up with a good one that gets no response, I press a button and play my own laughs. Today’s revisions and additions:

Classified National Security Information (#2174, #2373) On December 29, 2009, President Barrack Hussein Obama sign Executive Order (EO) number 13526, clarifying and updating the rules and regulations governing the uniform system for classifying, safeguarding, and declassifying national security information, including information relating to defense against transnational terrorism. The order establishes who has authority to classify activities, programs, documents, and media, and to whom and how they can delegate their authority to so classify activities, programs, documents, and media, It describes the process for declassification and review before such declassification, and establishes exceptions to review requirements, and sets hierarchies of authority, with such authority deriving ultimately from Presidential executive powers, for both classification and declassification. It also sets four levels of terminology describing the four degrees of security for classification as Classified, Secret, Top Secret, and Special Access Program (SAP), and also addresses the ability to share the document with Foreign persons or Agencies as part of the classification/declassification process. The entire order is well worth reading for anyone who wants to understand the U.S. classified document, etc., system in place today.

application and Executive Order Number 13526
Q points out the EO specifically prohibits an authorized "originating" classifier from doing certain things. For example in Section 1.7 (a) it states:

"1.7 Classification Prohibitions and Limitations. (a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to be declassified in order to:
(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security."
Since none of the fake information in the Steele/Trump Dossier meets 1.7(a)(4), but it DOES seem to completely fit 1.7(a)(1,2, and 3) by bringing attention to multiple violations of the law by the previous Obama administration, the CIA, DOJ, FBI, DNI, and many members of those organizations, as well as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) as well, organizational malfeasance, administrative error, embarrassment to multiple persons in all of those departments, agencies, and the Obama administration, and restrained political competition by favoring one candidate over another, there was no justification for originally classifying the Carter Page FISA warrant application documents and there can be no lawful reason for continuing to maintain the classification under this Executive Order. She served as the senior advisor to former President of the United States Barack Obama and assistant to the president for public engagement and intergovernmental affairs from 2009 to 2017. Before that, she served as a co-chair of the Obama–Biden Transition Project.

in Q Drops #573 and #2363 Q points Anons and FreeQs to a Judicial Watch article in which Valerie Jarrett's family connection to serious communist organizations through her direct family is documented. Her father, pathologist and geneticist Dr. James Bowman, according to FBI files attained by JW, was in communication with a paid Soviet agent named Alfred Stern, who fled to Prague after getting charged with espionage. Bowman was also a member of a Communist-sympathizing group called the Association of Internes and Medical Students which is an organization that “has long been a faithful follower of the Communist Party line” and engages in un-American activities. Jarrett's father-in-law, Vernon Jarrett, was also another big-time Chicago Communist, according to separate FBI files obtained by JW as part of a probe into the Jarrett family’s Communist ties. For a period of time Vernon Jarrett appeared on the FBI’s Security Index and was considered a potential Communist saboteur. Jarrett and her family also had strong ties to Frank Marshal Davis, a big Obama mentor and Communist Party member with an extensive FBI file. (See Barack Obama, Handler).
