Judge Who Jailed Manafort Also Cleared Hillary Clinton In Benghazi Case
Big League Politics ^ | 16 June 2018 | Patrick Howley

The judge appointed by Barack Obama who put Paul Manafort in jail this week previously cleared Hillary Clinton of responsibility for the deaths of four American servicemen in Benghazi, Libya in 2012. Manafort was put in jail for allegedly engaging in witness tampering, but most people see the jailing as a fraud to divert public attention away from the IG report that slammed James Comey and bolstered President Donald Trump’s arguments against the corrupt Deep State.

Amy Berman Jackson, a past Bill Clinton donor and federal judge, threw out a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton filed by Sean Smith’s mother Patricia Smith and Tyrone Woods’ father Charles Woods. The lawsuit claimed that Hillary Clinton revealing the location of Ambassador Stevens on her non-secure private email server prior to Stevens’ murder put their dead children in harm’s way.

Politico reported in 2017: “Jackson dismissed the wrongful death portion of the suit on technical grounds after granting the State Department’s motion to step in as the defendant on those claims. The Obama-appointed judge concluded Clinton used her email in the course of her official duties.”

How interesting.

This judge deliberately overlooked a Hillary Clinton crime abusing e-mail.

(But it is a minor crime so we should overlook it, NOT)

The desperate liberals and media think nailing Manafort means getting Trump. Trump barely knew the guy. Notice they were investigating Manafort for years but did nothing until he got involved in the Trump campaign. Something very fishy about that. Manafort a plant?

Remove Judge Jackson from the bench for misfeasance of justice.

It’s is apparently just fine to separate Paul Manfort from his family having been convicted of no crime, because Paul Manafort is obviously an illegal human being.

Does she support 2nd Amendment?

If not she is against the US Constitution, and should be removed.

If you politically support the “wrong” candidate, you are subject to punishment by the power of government, as you are in any corrupt nation.

This corruption is mitigated if your candidate wins and pardons you but your life is still greatly damaged. The pardon, of course, is only possible if your candidate wins and is strong enough to exercise it.

As the corruption of government continues, your efforts to support the candidate from the non-corrupt side are less likely to succeed and your punishment more certain.

This was a constant feature of corrupt governments, usually with a leftist/populist veneer, in Latin American and those government began to be derisively called “Banana Republics.” The term is only fully explained when you note outside owners, owning banana, sugar, pineapple and coffee plantations often controlled or influenced those corrupt governments in order to operate with little legal controls.

Today, we can call it “Tech Republics.”

Jewish Woman Democrat

Who enjoyed a very comfortable and secluded upbringing in the professional suburbs of Northwest Baltimore probably with huge daddy issues because he was likely a very liberal Republican because democrats in the 70's in Baltimore being rather rough and tumble labor union types (thing Teamsters and Bethlehem Steel). But this was an embarassment to hip teenagers at the time who were protesting as part of the hip counterrevolution protesting a war they would never have to be involved in because their friendly doctors would diagnose a debilitating and expensive illness if you needed one.

The most devastating thing that happened to these folks was not getting the part you wanted in your local theatrics club.

I was drinking hot coffee. The moment that stone-face scrolled by on the screen, the coffee turned to ice and the speakers went silent. I can see why she let hillary go. Kinda a sorta kinship there, eh?

The underlying “crimes” are only crimes of convenience that are normally covered in Fines and similar penalties. They only elevate to major crimes when the government wants to use them as hammers to cause a more usable “process crime” where they can kill you with a thousand cuts like Martha Stewart.

The DOJ is Banana Republic class corrupt.

No. The folks who pushed guns were her non Jewish social peers who grew up duck hunting on the Chesapeake. Lots of issues about who could belong to which exclusive club, etc.

President Trump should just pardon Manafort now. CNN and MSNBC anchors would stroke out. It might just give McCain that final "push" he needs to get his a$$ in gear and get his show on the road.

This lady judge is so blatantly bias she ought to be removed immediately. I hope Manafort can appeal her denial of bail decision swiftly.

The fix is in on so many levels that it boggles the mind.

In hindsight, it's a near miracle that DJT was "allowed" to win the presidency.

Thank God and the founding fathers for the electoral college, preventing the DC swamp from getting its tentacles into flyover country.

For now, that's about all that's saving us.

Wasn’t there a fiction novel called Pelican Brief that dealt with this type issue?

“Her nomination for judgeship was approved by the Senate with a 97 - 0 vote, so she MUST be impartial. /s”

That Senate vote took place on March 17, 2011. As I recall at that time the GOP, which had captured the majority in the House of Representatives in the 2010 election, was telling the Republican base they couldn’t do anything to stop Obama until they had a majority in the Senate. Forty-six Republicans in the Senate voted to confirm Judge Jackson, not one voted against her. So much for being the opposition party.

It must be more than the original 900 FBI files, probably massive surveillance.

Honestly, it is difficult to not believe that the nation is run by pedophiles and other perverts.
