Nobody should be surprised by this, Pico Rivera is 100% Latino, 60% plus Illegal Alien. The vast majority are first generation and just arrived recently, less than 30 years.

Salcido is a Councilman, and a teacher. He is respected in his Latino community that speaks primarily the Spanish language he speaks as it suits his needs.
