Salcido is a Councilman, and a teacher. He is respected in his Latino community that speaks primarily the Spanish language he speaks as it suits his needs. THAT makes him dangerous to our civilization especially as we are compelled by political opportunists to ignore our immigration laws, and accept cross border Spanish speaking peoples of little to no education easily manipulated by jerk-offs like Salcido.
