"Muslim is a Religion of Peace"

Posted on 06/18/2017 2:26:00 PM PDT by GOP Congress

Verses from the Koran that ALL MUSLIMS (not just "radical Islamics") read with the same reverence that Christian read the Bible:

There was a LOT of sarcasm! LOL

Apparently not enough. Half the people who commented didn't see it.

You have one that’s 150 years old? I don’t have anything like it in my family.

Please forgive me.

I too find sarcasm a very powerful way to make a point.

No, really.

Really, I do.

S**t.

whatever

I got lucky. My grandfather gave my older cousins a choice on one thing each would like from his home after his 90th birthday party, and I was something like the 30th person to choose. Everyone else chose something with more financial value, and I chose the book (he already had a large print Bible I had given him on his 80th birthday, so he was not left without that comfort). Almost all of my cousins and their children are Christians who attend church regularly, but I do not think they would have valued the family Bible as much as I do.

The term you’re looking for is “abrogation.”

The later Suras - the increasingly violent ones - replaced, overwrote the earlier passages.

This is how the Imams have taught from the Queer’an for over a thousand years.

And Taqqiya isn’t the half of how ‘slims lie to us. There is also the principle of muruna, granted by an imam for the purpose of mingling with the enemy, eating non-halal foods (cruelty-free meat, for instance, or pork), drinking, indulging in sex with women (not boys, or farm animals, both of which are fully acceptable in islam) whereby a ‘slim can and does foul himself usually for the purpose of infiltrating and murdering as many of the kafir as possible...

Yeah, I’m an “islamophobe” meaning, someone who knows more about islam than they’re supposed to.

Interesting that nobody else wanted it.

Are you a born again Christian?

I think they looked at the question differently than I did. Some would have wanted it if they had thought about it - sadly, a few just wanted the most valuable antique furniture.

As for “born again”, different people mean different things by that phrase. I don’t consider myself an exemplary Christian or a role model, but I do my best anyways.

This is my VERY FIRST POST, and it could not be on a topic more dear to my heart, nor to a post that I more agree with. You are absolutely correct, Islam must be utterly eradicated if human civilization is to survive, even if it means the eradication of each and every individual Muslim. I’m sure that it won’t come to that, but if it does, then so be it.

You are correct to cite the year of publication as critical to the authenticity of the word and spirit of the koran. I have one published for English speaking muslims in 1932. Huge difference from modern Takkiyah korans.

I’ve been saying for at least a decade that he put us 25 years behind in properly addressing the problem with that line.

Pollster,

You might want to rethink your numbers. You are a bit low.

The following numbers are from the state department:

How many terrorists are there:

... in the World?: There are estimated to be between 0.7 billion (700,000,000) to 1.9 billion (1,900,000,000) in the world. This is 25% of the world’s population - 1 in 4.

...in the United States?: There are estimated to be around 9.9 million (9,900,000); about 3.75 % of the total US population.

When I left the business in 2012, there were over 2000 terrorist groups, active or inactive. The list of the very active today according to the state department is over 200 with about 60 getting most of the ink from the media.

In 2015 there were almost 12,000 attacks and almost 40,000 deaths related to terrorist attacks. And just because the numbers have gone down, doesn’t mean they are not out there. And the US support is getting bigger and more openly displayed all the time.

rwood

Those are some big numbers. Do you have an online link that I can use as a reference?
