Well wait a minute. If he sent the letter to both Republicans and Democrats, then it is not a lie to say he sent it to the Republicans.

This press conference was a crisis play for time...they’re trying to both gauge where they are with Democrats from Obama to Congress to party donors and they are trying to construct talking points to blame someone, probably the FBI.
Comey and the FBI are now standing out there with the weight of the establishment now leaning on them. I think we are heading for an Independent Prosecutor.

I can’t find where she says the letter was sent only to GOP.

With the Democrats getting the letter there is no doubt in my mind Hillary knew before her landing in Iowa.
