I believe she mentioned it twice. She doesn’t care about the truth at this point - she is speaking to her base. She is hoping that somehow they will save her from the hangman’s noose.
Can somebody please post a quote where she says the letter was sent only to Republicans? I can’t find it in the posted video.
They gave the Chinese missile technologies in exchange for campaign contributions and gave the Norks nukes and cash in the same kind of stupid deal they just made with the Iranians

I think she's running the Saul Alinsky strategy, which is that you just say what you want to say. If you can make a point - however lame - by saying that the Republicans got a heads-up from Comey but the Democrats were excluded, you do it. It doesn't matter if your lie is exposed within five minutes.
Her target here is her voting base of Low-Information Voters, hard-core leftists and communists, union activists and government workers. She needs to give them something to keep their spirits up and to tell their friends and family members to try to take the venom out of today's disclosures.
This is serious, folks. This has hurt her. She's saying anything she can to deflect and diminish the blow.
Alinsky would have counseled her to do whatever it takes to accomplish that, and if she has to tell bald-faced lies to create an advantage - even an illusory advantage - she is going to do it.
Her lips move = she lies.

The list should have included each Repub who has charge of the Appropriate Dept., because the repubs have more members.
And, it should have included each Dem, who is the next in authority for each Dept.
But, I’m not surprised that Hillary would take advantage of the uninformed - who might not know that the leaders are from both parties.
I saw her say it and immediately red flagged it to NY wife.
A lie by omission is still a lie.
A half truth intended to leave the noted false impression is 100% a lie.

She takes questions. Lots of platitudes. Defensive tone of voice. She’s scared.
Hillary meant to say that the Republicans received the information one second earlier than the Democrats—no lie there!
