I heard it with my own ears because I’d just read the letter and commented on it on an FR thread. Afterward the FNC yakker repeated the same be.

I figured it was based on the technicality that the Rs were on the “To” list and the ranking members were “CC”. Chicken-poop!

Well, that’s disappointing. Comey basically says they’ve received new emails and they’re going to review them and it’ll take time.
The optics are very bad and Clinton is rattled, so that’s worth something.
But what they find would have to be pretty awful, to change Comey’s high regard for things Clinton. I think at best this will mean Huma has to find another meal ticket because for Hillary she is only a liability now.
Well, it was only sent “To” the committee chairmans, who are all Republicans. It was “Copied” to Democrats. Duh! It depends on the meaning of “To”.

I didn't watch the whole video at first, as I just can't stand her. But I went back. She says "only" just past the 4:23 mark.
Then she catches herself, and throws in "originally", as if the FBI had sent out multiple letters at different times.

I was basing my comment on the video that was linked in the post above. It ends just before before Killary took questions.
