Movies with no homosexual content make about six times more money at the box office than movies with some, frequent or heavy homosexual content, according to a three-year study by Movieguide and the Christian Film & Television Commission.
The study is part of a detailed economic report to the entertainment industry recently released by Movieguide and the family advocacy groups founder, Ted Baehr.
We do an analysis of all [categories of] the box office and for many years, people would say that violence sells or sex sells and of course, weve found that not to be the case, Baehr told WND.
Homosexual content in a movie may sell to the the 2.5 or 3 percent who claim to be LGBT or homosexual or bisexual, but 98 percent of the moviegoers who dont think about that, think about family and think about marriage.
Baehr, as well as industry insiders, say it would be difficult to find anyone within Hollywoods A-list willing to make a public comment on the study, but the commissions hope is that filmmakers think about their pocketbooks before investing their efforts in homosexual content.

Michael Medved wrote a book about this almost 30 years ago now - writing that Hollywood was more interested in promoting agendas than the bottom line. Nothing has changed, it seems. I only go to retrospective houses now, never modern cinemas which feature barca lounges and hard liquor served by waiters. Yuck!
Who wants to watch that crap?
Duh, no surprise here. Blatant faggotry in films is there only to promote their sinful lifestyle. Period. It seldom portrays their shortened life span, their often increased drug use and other addictions, emotional instability and related violence, weakened immune systems/increased infections, sexually transmitted diseases, along with other problems associated with inserting objects where they don’t belong. Enough said.
Everyone always says ALL Hollywood cares about is money. That’s not true. They put IDEOLOGY first even if it hurts their bottom line.

Excellent book; well worth the read.
They see the promotion of societal breakdown as a good investment.
This help explain why we haven’t seen any more movies like Broke back Mountain. That movie was pushed hard and critically acclaimed. But have there been any other major movies since where homosexuality is the story?????
the ebony and ivory as well. the new Starwars did it and it failed. its not fad anymore
No one wants to see two dudes kissing!
Only horn dog teen boys find two females kissing to be attractive.
I think now the studios get more revenue from overseas then the US. This leaves them free to indulge themselves in their liberal “hobbies”.
I would suspect that a similar study would reveal similar results regarding TV series.
For several years we seemed to have been bombarded with the obligatory lesbian kiss sometime or times during a season. It didn’t even have to be integral to the story.
More recently, we seem to be bombarded with obligatory gay male kisses sometime during a season.
Is it any surprise that most TV programs lose audience shares with each new season?
People vote with their $.
This just proves what we all know: homosexual behavior is deviant and sickening. That isn’t prejudice it is BIOLOGY.
Just saw “Sully” - first time I saw a movie in a theater in ages.
Great movie, produced and directed by Clint Eastwood, and Tom Hanks as Sully. Wonderful performance and it was completely unSullied by PC crap.
Totally enjoyed it.
Yes back in Medved’s pre-cuck days.
The new starwars was a star wars #4 redo. They split Luke into 3 characters.
