Palin endorses Glenn in U.S. Senate race

U.S. Senate GOP candidate Darryl Glenn picked up a major endorsement on Tuesday in the race to be the nominee to run against Democratic U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet.

Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has come out in support of the Colorado Springs Republican, calling him a proven hero.

“Over two decades of exemplary military service brought him honor and adulation from his intelligence, leadership skills, fiscal responsibility and patriotism,” Palin said on her Facebook page. “His deserved recognition honed a servant’s heart. He’s one who proudly clings to God, guns and our Constitution.”

It is unknown if the endorsement also will mean more money from Palin’s super PAC, Building America’s Future.(snip)

In her endorsement Tuesday, Palin specifically cited Glenn’s fiery “All Lives Matter” speech at the Colorado GOP State Assembly in April, which helped win him more than 70 percent of the delegates, freezing out five other candidates who also were trying to get onto the ballot through the party’s caucus process.

In that speech, Glenn, who is black, was responding to the “Black Lives Matter” movement.

Three others have qualified for the June 28 primary through the petition process. They include former Aurora City Councilman Ryan Frazier, Colorado Springs businessman Robert Blaha and former state Rep. Jon Keyser of Morrison. A fifth candidate, Pueblo West resident Jerry Eller, was defeated at the assembly but has filed paperwork to qualify as a write-in candidate.

The Colorado Democratic Party immediately jumped on the endorsement, calling both Palin and Glenn extreme.

“Just as Palin has shown for years that she is out of touch with mainstream America, Glenn — a climate-change denier who has called Donald Trump a patriot — has shown he is out of touch with the people of Colorado,” said party spokesman Chris Meagher.

Meagher's Twitter profile pic is apropos - he looks like a wimpy liberal Democrat, 'fraid of a black conservative.

Sarah Palin is the only politician I blindly trust. If she says something I'll back her 100%.

Ping to Sarah's Patirot List!

I really, really, really, wish we could round these people up and kick them out of a plane over the Eastern Bloc, so they can live out their commie dreams in peace.

Freedom Prevailed though.

Thanks Reagan! :P

FWIW, Gov. Palin was at the Dbacks-Rays game in Phoenix last night, not in a corporate bunker but in the stands with everyone else. Greinke pitched a great game, I’m sad to say (as a Rays fan).

Found this from Sarah's Facebook page...

"On a date with Trig at the Rays vs D'backs game! Meeting great baseball fans and sitting in blessedly prime seats thanks to our friend Mike Ingram and his El Dorado Holdings team. Baseball, apple pie and motherhood - doesn't get any better than this living in the USA!"

Other than lack of baseball, why wouldn’t she be in Alaska this time of year? My Canadian relatives would shrivel up in Arizona summer heat.

It appears it is their world for now and that they are intent of making OUR peace in daily living less and less possible as time ticks away. Batten down the hatches; big and furious storm's a'coming -- sooner rather than later. Days of comfort and playing games are coming to a close increasingly rapidly.

What if we just take the Constitution and start our own country? Maybe we could do that in part of Alaska.

What if we just take the Constitution and start our own country?

South Carolinians have already tried that. Twice.

Darryl Glenn is the real deal.

At the state convention the room was full of “Neville” signs and all the big money was backing him.

After Glenn gave the most rousing conservative speech I’ve heard since Reagan, 2000 delegates who thought they were going to vote for Neville, changed their mind and voted for Darryl Glenn, who received 70% of the vote.

(I was holding a Neville sign and had donated to him.....but I voted Glenn)

How did that go? What did you do?? Can’t we just get an island and like-minded folks? Honestly, the Marxist coup is getting me down.

IOW, opposition to his candidacy is indisputably racist. Take that, Demagogic Party of airheaded Colorado.

Thanks for the pic. My son was up in the nosebleed section behind home plate, so he didn’t know she was there until I texted him after the TV showed her; he saw the entourage leaving in the bottom of the 8th, probably to beat whatever crowd was left.

Fastest game I’ve seen in years (just over two hours), since both pitchers were getting fielding outs rather then strikeouts.

I don't care what anyone says, I'm still for:

Trump/Palin 2016!

I still think the whole nation would go absolutely wild. Trump's poll numbers would go up 20 points over Hillary and it would be all over. Real Americans like Sarah! She would be the perfect counterpunch to Hillary!

Can't you just see the rallies? Scoot over, I want a front row seat!

Chris Meagher, a racist who apparently hates black Americans, might just be a closeted Colorado KKK member.
