The Brown family legal team discussed the independent autopsy conducted on Michael Brown, the unarmed teenager who was shot by a Ferguson police officer over one week ago. The attorneys said that the autopsy report was consistent with eyewitness accounts that Brown was attempting to surrender, and that the back-to-front path of the two head shots should have led to the arrest of the officer.
Attorney Daryl Parks said that the two head shots, one of which was considered not survivable, both entered from the top of Brown’s head and exited out the front, one through his forehead and one through his eye.
“It shows a back-to-front for both of those, and it supports what the witnesses said about him trying to surrender to the officer,” Parks said. “His head was in a downward position. Had to be, for what had happened. Those type of facts are clear. And we believe that given those kind of facts, this officer should have been arrested.”
“His mother wanted to aks the question that Dr. Baden nor any of the lawyers could answer: ‘What else do we need to get them to arrest the killer of my child?’” attorney Benjamin Crump said.

In the end, there will be few credible eye witnesses. If a person is willing to loot and destroy, what is a little perjury?

There are multiple ways that Brown could have been charging the officer and still wind up with wounds to the crown of his head, even if you assume a direct trajectory.
This doesn't even get us to bullets that ricochet inside a skull.

The other question to be answered — What will the children and grandchildren of today’s white community do when they are in the minority and tomorrow’s majority decides to take away their freedoms and their property?
And people who are hit elsewhere do turn their heads as they lose balance.
And people who are charging someone with a weapon will reflexively turn their heads even though they might be able to realize intellectually that it would be pointless.
Then use racial incitement, lies, media propaganda, political pressure from the DOJ and threat of riots and violence along with a stacked jury and sympathetic judge to get a kangaroo court conviction.
The truth and the facts have nothing to do with their strategy.
It almost worked with TM and Scheme Team II won't make the same mistakes twice - their witnesses will be much better coached this time around.
No bullets entered from the back.
But his lawyers will say he was running away WITH HIS HANDS IN THE AIR. So how many bullets came from the front or back. His lawyers will confuse the jury about reasonable doubt - suggesting Michael Brown is on trial, when it is the cop, and doubt should set the cop free.

Regardless of the outcome of the autopsy, the Brown family and their parasite lawyers would demand an arrest. Their criminal doped up son was such a sweeeeeet 300lb boy.
I fear with the black on the Trayvon case got away with a lot. This time I fear that the white community might just react in a way that the black might get a new look at America.
That could account for the frontal arm shots, and what you "mistook" for the head-down charging position, was really just the head's attitude falling back. That's how the bullets entered from the top... /sarc
Agreed. All this speculation and conclusion drawing based upon wound locations where an officer was firing in haste at a moving target is silly.
I have to hand it to Parks and Crump. It takes nerves of steel to hold up that diagram and say the wounds were from the back without bursting out laughing. The autopsy diagram depicts two sides of a human body. Every wound is on the front (in case they are confused, the “front” is the side with the eyes and nose). None are on the back. They might as well say that the autopsy reveals where Jimmie Hoffa is buried, is the greatest weight loss supplement ever, and turns lead into gold. Oops, chances of the latter aren’t looking so good.
With all the obamaphones around, one would think that a number of recordings would be surfacing. Unless Michael was in fact charging the officer.
It provides no support at all for the scenario of “surrender.”
Bullets move faster than the eye can follow.
Brown could have been falling over - felled by earlier rounds - as those rounds were arriving.
Agree.
He could have been lowering himself to charge the officer.
Also, shooting a pistol at a moving target is very different than “ range shooting”
