Entering through the top of the head is not the same as entering from the back.
Leaning forward, head down, charging towards the officer, COULD have resulted in the bullet path described, depending upon what the slugs hit after entering the skull.
Not saying it DID happen, but it could.
I should clarify, I was not suggesting that there WAS evidence that he was surrendering, I was commenting on the question: “What else do we need to get them to arrest the killer of my child?”

so the perp was charging the policeman with his head down intending to head bunt him ???
He was too tall (6’4”) probably taller than the policeman to be shot from above...
the thief would have had to be bending over to get shot in the head like that...
as for running or walking away and then turning around and coming back in a threatening way...
the perp did that to the much smaller store owner...
attacked the owner, walked away, turned around and came back pointing in such a threatening way to the owner that the smaller man was the one to run away..
what did the owner do ??? say he was going to call the police and then the perp came back to threaten him that he better not or else ???

He could have got 1 or 2 of the arm wounds in the car while he was trying to steal the gun from the policeman...

Remember what winning looks like to Crump and Brown's parents and that is having the police officer arrested and charged with a crime at all costs.
That gives them standing to sue the city and officer for damages.
They can then settle for millions out of court before the case goes to trial on the theory that if the officer is convicted then they ail would get ten times more.
Easy 10 + million buck settlement for Crump and the family if they can mau -mau the police into arresting the officer involved in the shooting.
Not a damn thing except to aid and abet them at every opportunity.

The real problem here is that the officer was probably using a 9mm pistol. A 45 has so much better stopping power. Ammunition is expensive.
I think the Brown family should be exiled.
I take a look at the target and I think he needs more range time.
Who is standing up to them and what are they doing?
The only thing the officer needs, in addition to a commendation, is some range time.
