Capt. Neil Turner is going to be there with members from American Grand Jury. They are going to take advantage of this time to serve the US District Court with Presentments. Upon a presentment, the proper officer of the court must frame an indictment, before the party accused can be put to answer it.

The US District Court will promptly file it in the nearest trash can.

Let’s all stand behind this effort to illuminate what has been hidden in the dark for way too long. There are many ways we can support. Physically, spiritually and financially all help to achieve bringing the truth out for all to see.

The US District Court will promptly file it in the nearest trash can.
Then the court will be violating the law.

Would you care to put your money where your mouth is...
I could have already won enough wagers from you “perry mason” wannabees that I wouldn’t have to pay for a steak dinner for the rest of my life. LMAO

Name one successful court action, or the admitting of one "peoples court" presentment in a US court for action.
I like my steak at "Mahogany Prime" steak house in Tulsa.

Hey, genius was the case on 9/8/2009 dismissed?
And if you'd like to bet that the case will be dismissed Monday, you just let me know!
Now put your money where your money is! Or STFU!

I was at the Sept 8 hearing. I will try to be there on Monday. No recording devices allowed in the court room, so I will bring pen and tablet.

On September 8th, Judge Carter told Obama’s lawyers about their motion to dismiss, " that, such motions when basted on Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12 (b), rarely succeed "
In other words, slim to nothing change that Obama's lawyers will succeed to have this dismissed , that is Judge Carter's words, not some political columnist, or posters here on FR saying that.

Everyone who can please come. My fellow Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen & Marines need and deserve your support.Judges love it when their courtrooms are turned into forums. Worked wonders in Judge Land's courtroom, didn't it? Not that Orly cares as long as there's a news crew on the waiting court steps.
Damn shame I have to work tomorrow. The courthouse is only an hour away. I shoulda taken leave. It would've been worth it to see Orly in action up close!

I wish I wasn’t on the other side of the country. Flood this courtroom to bursting with PATRIOTS. Regardless of what Zero’s lawyers try and pull, the PEOPLE WILL BE HEARD.
