In other words, slim to nothing change that Obama's lawyers will succeed to have this dismissed , that is Judge Carter's words, not some political columnist, or posters here on FR saying that.

When I consistently pointed this out to the Troooollls two weeks ago, they told me his words 'don't mean anything' or you are wrong...he didn't mean it that way.
