Watch Joe Biden as he performs the Thorazine Shuffle in a command performance. Although his feet never seem to leave the ground, it is not to be confused with a Moonwalk since instead of smoothly gliding backwards, he lurches forward via jerky motions with arms limply hanging by his sides.

Okay I dislike Biden just as much as the next guy, but I’m giving him a pass on this one. I walk like that too now. I’m not on Thorazine, I’ve got bad knees. My right knee especially goes out without warning a lot, so I walk kind of stilted like that instead of striding out like I used to.
Wouldn’t it be great to see a list of medications this miserable wretch is taking? The side effects alone are disqualifying him from holding office.
Get both knees with bone-on-bone contact pain and you’re not going to ‘stride’ anywhere.

Back in July a certain powdered "medication" was abruptly taken off that list.

My thought on watching the clip was, Creepy Joe is wearing some rig under his suit that limits motion.
He is also dragging his right foot. Trying to look like he’s walking briskly but the video doesn’t lie.
