Stuart Karaffa is an employee at the U.S. State Department. This recently released video from Project Veritas shows him saying:
“I have nothing to lose. Its impossible to fire federal employees.”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXLuqQe8DqQ
Here are 20 real world examples which prove that Karaffa’s statement is correct:
1) President Obama illegally refused to fire Kathleen Sebelius after she violated campaign finance laws

Even the liberal Huffington Post said that Holder should be fired over this.
Holder could have gotten five years in prison.
So, did President Obama fire Holder?
Of course not!
Instead, Obama asked that Holder be investigated not by an independent investigating committee but by Holder himself!
I can see it now
Obama: Did you lie?
Holder: No.
Obama: OK. Thats good enough for me. Youre cleared of any wrongdoing.

15) Obama continued Bushs policy of illegally giving promotions to IRS agents who cheated on their taxes
Although federal law requires IRS agents who cheat on their taxes to be fired, in May 2015 it was reported that Obama had continued Bushs illegal policy of giving them promotions instead of firing them.
16) Obama refused to fire or prosecute a TSA agent even though there was video evidence of her sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl
A video recording showed that in December 2015, a TSA agent sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl. Restore the Spoils System. It may not have been tidy but at least the clog was flushed occasionally.
Make them cleaners and short order cooks. Dont lower their salary but make them scrub toilets and pump out septic tanks. If they perform poorly write them up.
My Father a manager in the DOD R&D offices. They were assigned a secretary who was a total slacker. It took 18 months to get her transferred to the Labor Department.
Not true they can be fired!
I personally know of several cases.
The problem is it very hard. A supervisor must be determined to do it, be persistent & must document their ass off! Needless to say it’s very hard, most supervisors don’t want to take the time or trouble. If the problem can be solved by moving the employee elsewhere that’s what is done. Path of least resistance!
The problem with this guy is what are you firing him for? His political beliefs? Just being a commie isn’t a termination offense any more. It hasn’t been since the 1970s. Those people used to be weeded out to some extent by loyalty oaths. You’d have to catch him in the act of sabotaging policy & have documented 9 ways to Sunday! Him just flapping his gums & sounding like a macho revolutionary isn’t enough! In the 1991 Gulf War there was a Treasury employee with a clearance (or so I was told regarding the clearance!) who went Iraq with those other peace-niks to stand with Saddam and be voluntary hostages (Quakers I think!). I Sm pretty sure he got his job back.
All the examples start with “Obama” .... it’s not impossible to fire Federal employees .... Obama didn’t want to fire the employees in the examples given.
I worked out of an office in which a Black female was fired.
They would have never done it except the other two clerks were also Black females and they resented her not doing any work at all.
This was Civil Service btw.
The guy being interviewed is a low level civil servant. Ive worked with all sorts of whack jobs who were civil servant employees. Doesnt mean theyre deep state. Means they think theyre more important than they are
That just shows Zero’s malfeasance.
Faked credentials discovered before going to court got one woman I knew of when the defense pointed out that lie.
And this woman was a ball-buster going after the prey.
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; BOB & THE BLONDE
Bob walked into a sports bar around 9:58 PM. He sat down next to a blonde at the bar And stared up at the TV.
The 10 PM news was coming on. The news crew was covering the story Of a man on the ledge of a large building Preparing to jump.
The blonde looked at Bob and said, "Do you think he'll jump?"
Bob said, "You know, I bet he'll jump."
The blonde replied, "Well, I bet he won't."
Bob placed a $20 bill on the bar and said, "You're on!"
Just as the blonde placed her money on the bar, The guy on the ledge Did a swan dive off the building, Falling to his death.
The blonde was very upset, But willingly handed her $20 to Bob. "Fair's fair. Here's your money."
Bob replied, "I can't take your money. I saw this earlier on the 5 PM news, So I knew he would jump."
The blonde replied, "I did, too, But I didn't think he'd do it again."
Bob took the money.
"Its impossible to fire federal employees. Here are 20 real world examples."
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
President Reagan fired striking air-traffic controllers on the spot for example.
Reagan fires 11,359 air-traffic controllers
The problem is that the evil uniparty has tricked the states into ignoring the 12th Amendment (12A) procedure for electing a president. Ignoring 12A makes it easier for enemies of the USA to trick voters into abusing their voting power by electing people like lawless Obama to Oval Office.
The question is, while it was relatively easy for disgruntled patriots to clean up Oval Office, evidenced by Pres. Trump, how many elections will it take for patriots to clean up swamp Congress?
If they perform poorly thy can be fired as they are not performing the job properly.
THE POTUS...should BE ABLE TO FIRE ANYONE!!!
Typical “solution” in government is to transfer problem people to another division or agency. All it really does is shift the problem to someone else.
Guffaw!
Yes he should!
If this guy’s position is one of these.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Excepted_service
positions he should be gone tomorrow.
I guess Trump will have to decide if that’s a political battle worth having. Because it will get “political”!
It's been political forever.....
Yep!
I know of a state employee that has decades of firing worthy escapades including one that should have had him in jail.
He still has his cushy easy state job.
