Putin refuses “to sink to the level of this irresponsible “kitchen” diplomacy.”

In a stunning move, the Russian President Vladimir Putin will not retaliate against Obama’s sanctions. They took the high road. Russia, they said, refuses “to sink to the level of this irresponsible “kitchen” diplomacy.”

The cagey President got all his licks in yesterday through his foreign minister and spokesman who talked of Obama’s “paranoia”.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Thursday that he would recommend an equivalent response to Obama’s retaliation for unproven allegations of hacking. The Russian spokesman Peskov said that the Russians would mirror the response and “make Washington officials feel very uncomfortable as well”.

This morning, the Russian President took the road Obama never takes – the high road!. A Kremlin statement said that Russia will not expel any Americans in retaliation to U.S. moves.

The only thing that could make Obama look more irrelevant than calling him a lame duck as the Russians did yesterday is to ignore his 11th hour attack.

In the Kremlin’s statement Putin said that Russia won’t cause problems to U.S. diplomats or deport anyone, adding that Russia has the right to respond in tit-for-tat manner, but it will not engage in irresponsible diplomacy.

The punchline was striking. “It’s a pity that the current U.S. administration is finishing their work in such a manner”, adding that Russia refuses “to sink to the level of this irresponsible “kitchen” diplomacy.”

Putin ended by congratulating U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, and the American people on the New Year and invited the children of U.S. diplomats to a holiday celebration at the Kremlin.

But how would further antagonizing him discourage Putin from releasing that information?

Good question.

I believe that Barry is now playing a very high stakes game of chicken.

If he knows (or strongly suspects) that Putin has incriminating and embarrassing information on him, then Obama has made a gamble. This being, 'I'll trash Putin and blame him for the WikiLeaks e-mail release, and then if he dares to release the info he has on me, I can say "SEE! I TOLD you he was a snake! And HE STOLE THE ELECTION FROM HILLARY! Trump is Illegitimate!"'

Bathhouse Barry is a coward, and you can sense that he fears both Putin AND Trump.

Putin can be a sort of a rouge, he can do basically whatever he wants, and US media and politics be damned. But Putin cannot prosecute Barry or go after his crimes.

Trump, on the other hand, can go after Soetoro Hussein's crimes (accepting illegal foreign donations, pay for play, money laundering, treason, vote fraud, racketeering, even murder).

If I were Putin, I would release part of the damaging info I suspect he has on Zero, and threaten to release all of it. Obama will either double down, or fold. Either way, Zero loses.

Americans are largely unsure that the Russian government was responsible for the cyberattacks on the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign, new polling shows.

Just 29 percent of Americans say we can “know with near certainty” that Russia is responsible for the hacks that revealed damaging information on the Democratic party and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, according to a Morning Consult poll released Tuesday morning. A plurality of Americans, 46 percent, agree that “We cannot be sure who is primarily responsible” who is responsible for the hacks. The remaining 25 percent said they didn’t know or had no opinion. President Obama’s punishment of Russia for allegedly hacking the emails of Democratic Party operatives to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election ignores at least two important facts.

For one, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, whose hacktivist organization released the thousands of emails that shed damaging light on Hillary Clinton and her allies, denied the Russians were the source.

In addition, the Obama administration has developed a reputation for manipulating intelligence for political purposes.

THE U.S. MINISTRY OF PROPAGANDA IS NOW OFFICIAL

Frustrated by its sudden and surprised inability to propel Hillary Clinton to the White House, the mainstream media (MSM) introduced a new term into the public lexicon: “fake news.” Basically, “fake news” is anything that contradicted the sacrosanct spillages from the news and opinion desks of the MSM. But Russia and Vladimir Putin were specifically targeted by the MSM and the White House as the source of all of this “fake news.” Thankfully, the vast majority of the American people no more believed that accusation than they did the MSM’s hysterical predictions that the earth would tilt off its axis if Donald Trump was elected.

No matter. In the name of “national security,” big-government toadies in Washington, D.C., have quietly created what in essence is “The U.S. Ministry Of Propaganda.” While most people are reveling in the election of the man they think will be their political and economic savior, and as they were rightly focused on the celebration of Christ’s birth, President Barack Obama signed S. 2943, the “National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017” (NDAA) into law on Friday, December 23.

These defense authorization bills are the cubby holes of choice for big-government politicians to hide mammoth Police State-type projects and still convince the people back home that they believe in “limited” government. After all, it’s a defense funding bill. Who can be opposed to that? Democrats and Republicans alike approve these bills with little or no opposition. But these bills almost always contain draconian legislation that EXPLODES the size and scope of government. And I mean oppressive government. This latest NDAA is no exception.

Back in March of this year, the bill that became part of the NDAA just signed by Obama was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Congressmen Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) and Ted Lieu (D-CA). The bill was called “Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act of 2016 (H.R. 5181).” The Senate version was sponsored by Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Chris Murphy (D-CT) and called “Countering Information Warfare Act of 2016 (S. 2692).”

Of course, one must have a bogeyman to justify the passage of such a bill, and the usual red herrings were pulled out of the sack for this bill as well: Iraq, China, and especially Russia. Gee! Why does that surprise me? Again, it was Russia that the MSM blamed for all of the “fake news” during this past election.
