Obama back-handing Israel and Bibi as he goes out the door is one thing. Netanyahu and Israel will survive Obama's juvenile antics and will reestablish good relations with the US under Trump.

But for short-timer Obama to try and bully the real thug bully, Putin, when he didn't have to, is like taunting a Bengal tiger and not expecting it to leap on you and tear you to shreds.

Putin didn't just overnight, turn into a cute kitty cat and play dead for Obama, by claiming that Russia would not retaliate in kind to Obama's sanctions. Putin has got something else up his sleeve planned for Obama.
