It's not "beyond a shadow of a doubt" status, but most people are reasonably sure the guy on the left (of course) is Vladimir Putin!
Truth be told this photo looked really incomplete to me.

I don’t have photoshop but I think this is screaming for the waving Obama where he blocks the face of the Mongolian President.
