This weird, prissy control-freak has even mandated the replacement of iconic NYC taxicabs throughout
the five boroughs with a hideous Nissan minivan made in Spain... what's up with that?

These taxicabs (a version of this has been on the street for years - sort of a van) are impossible for the elderly to enter without help. The door is so heavy even I have trouble with it.
Also, what’s up with the really ugly MetroCard? Gone is the iconic yellow and replaced by a hideous green & black thing.
