Full title: Sharia in Pennsylvania: Muslim admits to attacking atheist over "Zombie Muhammad"; Muslim judge dismisses case, tells atheist he'd be killed in Muslim lands
This is enforcement of Sharia in a Pennsylvania court. The attacker supposedly got off because he "is an immigrant and claims he did not know his actions were illegal, or that it was legal in this country to represent Muhammad in any form. To add insult to injury, he also testified that his 9 year old son was present, and the man said he felt he needed to show his young son that he was willing to fight for his Prophet."
Then, Judge Mark Martin, himself a Muslim, told the atheist, Ernest Perce V.:
“Having had the benefit of having spent over 2 and a half years in predominantly Muslim countries I think I know a little bit about the faith of Islam. In fact I have a copy of the Koran here and I challenge you sir to show me where it says in the Koran that Mohammad arose and walked among the dead. I think you misinterpreted things. Before you start mocking someone else’s religion you may want to find out a little bit more about it it makes you look like a dufus and Mr. (Defendant) is correct. In many Arabic speaking countries something like this is definitely against the law there. In their society in fact it can be punishable by death and it frequently is in their society.

How do we get this ruling overturned? We can’t have precedent like this. This is how Britain is being taken over; all it takes is a few precedents from local Muslim areas and the whole system is corrupted.
I am dead serious. How does this ruling get overturned? It is the critical business of every person in this country to see that this ruling gets overturned.
And how do we get this judge impeached or removed from office for violating the oath to protect and defend the US Constitution?
If Muslims are going to be too ignorant of American law to know not to attack/kill/behead “infidels”, then this is justifiable reason for us to refuse to allow Muslims to immigrate here. It would not be an exclusion based on religion but upon the ignorance that is their very “essence”. At least according to what this judge said.
And we just keep on letting these animals into the country like an assembly line : APPROVED APPROVED APPROVED APPROVED.
So this is how a judge does his job? Just makes it up as he goes along?

I guess Muslims in this country are unique in being allowed to use the George Costanza defense.
Just like Judge Michael Malihi, who ruled that Obama is eligible to be on the Georgia ballot even though there was no probative evidence of eligibility offered and both Obama and his lawyer showed contempt for the court by not showing up.
It was a sharia ruling based on “judge’s knowledge” in Georgia, and this is a blatant sharia ruling in PA as well - not even bothering to hide what it is.
In both instances, credible evidence was simply ignored. “Judge’s knowledge” overruling evidence that actually complies with the judiciary’s evidentiary standards.
Malihi also ignored Supreme Court precedent and instead relied on a non-binding opinion of an Indiana court. I just posted that we cannot allow a precedent like this PA judge’s ruling to stand, because the way Muslims get sharia into free places (such as Britain right now) is by setting precedents in local areas that are easily corrupted, and then having other areas use that precedent.
It’s exactly the same process for getting a stolen identity (like Obama did). You steal a birth certificate number from a dead baby, and then with that forged document you get other documents that are actually genuine. The nation is only as safe as its WEAKEST LINK. And using those weakest links is what Muslims do. They’ve demonstrated it time and time again. Anytime we just poo-pooh a weak link because we all know it’s a corrupt or weak link, we are leaving the door WIDE OPEN for unscrupulous players to take over the whole system.
And the Muslims who believe they have a duty to kill infidels are unscrupulous.
The Islamic world is at war with the west, and we won’t fight back. Today, a Muslim killed US soldiers in Afghanistan because SOMEONE burned a book. The soldiers he killed did not burn the book, but all infidels are deemed deserving of death for the slightest insult by any infidel. These guys are still fighting the war that we (Christians) won against desperate odds 1400 years ago - when the Caliphate was dedicated to enslaving the world. And the funny thing is, we could crush them like bugs if our respect for human life mirrored theirs. The only way they can win this war is if we roll over and give them the victory, and it seems that is exactly what will happen.
If only we would return to our God, and raise Christ as our banner.

I wonder if the complaints have to be in a legal format and using specific protocols. The judge’s ruling has to be overturned. The conduct that was corrupt was his actual decision. The decision to ignore testimony, and the decision to allow ignorance of the law to be a satisfactory defense.
I guess the conduct of inserting his own religion and the law of sharia governments into his treatment of the defendant was outside his actual decision and constitutes a violation of the Establishment Clause of the US Constitution and introduction of a legal standard outside the bounds of law.
The technical points and procedures will hopefully be taken up by the defendant. Maybe the best thing we can do is apply heat, to let the judiciary know we will NOT stand idly by as our country is taken over by sharia.
I’ve said it before - through its political correctness, US Gov’t has become the biggest promotor of Sharia Law and deference to Muslim sensibilities in the world. They are doing more than Osama bin Laden was ever able to achieve.

It is becoming more evident to me that the Second Amendment is going to be the only recourse.
My wife, a naturalized citizen, is gravely concerned about this. The rule of law, American law and the Constitution, was a major reason she legally came here. Like most, the corruption and poorly protected individual liberties in her country of birth prompted leaving.
I just read the judge’s ruling and it is unbelievable. How is this man a judge?

Well now..Catholicism/Christianity is MY “culture” and the culture of may others in America! In fact, it is the “very essence of my being”, and I practice it multiple times a day and pray more than 5 times a day in fact.
Indeed, virtual complete government control of our lives, a culture of death including abortion, an anti-family, anti-marriage homosexual agenda, rampant sexual overtones in the media, political lying and corruption, media bias, Christian bashing, etc., ARE ALL GRAVELY OFFENSIVE TO ME AND MANY OTHERS BECAUSE THEY ARE AN AFFRONT TO OUR CHRISTIAN VALUES, BELIEFS AND “CULTURE”!!!

I just watched at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bf11F3y9LOE&feature=youtu.be and that claims that the judge also threatened to have the atheist victim jailed if the tape was released publicly, so this judge knows that his decision was wrong and is not only willing to tolerate the defendant’s methods of harassment but as a Muslim himself is willing to use the power of his position to LEGALLY harass the victim.
The judge was a US soldier in a Muslim country (can’t remember whether it was Iraq, Afghanistan, or both). He is a Muslim himself. He claims that there would have been a bigger altercation if the defendant had really wanted to harass the victim. He claims that the testimony of the plaintiff and the defendant contradict each other on the issue of intent. The Muslim says he just wanted the taunting to stop.
Muslims need to learn what the rest of us have had to learn: if you can’t handle the taunting you need to leave. And then you need to defend what you hold sacred through non-violent means.
I think what the judge is saying is that this is tantamount to a bully who is extremely provoking another person and gets what they have coming to them. Like Fred Phelps holding a sign at a funeral saying that the one who died will rot in hell because they didn’t hate gays. An emotional time, with extreme provocation, and the family of the fallen soldier would be justified to try to make the harassment stop.
I agree that this taunting behavior is ugly and I’m sure it makes people in other countries dislike us. But every kid who has ever been bullied on the playground has had to learn how to handle other people who disrespect them.
In Muslim countries they handle it by cutting off the other person’s head. Maybe it’s actually good for Muslims to find out how it feels to be on the other side. If this Muslim man had not just been mocked, but had actually been beheaded or executed by the atheist simply because the Muslim disagrees with atheism, THAN the Muslim man would have known what his people have been dishing out all along. This man is indignant over somebody wearing a costume in mockery of his belief but has no problem with people being BEHEADED for simply abandoning Islam. And the judge sided with those crocodile tears. Disgusting.
If we make mockery of another person’s very essence a justifiable reason to attack them - to get the mockery to stop - then every one of us conservatives would have justification to “silence” everybody in the media and nearly everybody in the democrat party. Rulings like this could easily come home and bite this judge in the butt...
