That was a pitiful applause. Even if you dislike Obama, you would think that it would have gotten a much more vigorous response. You get the idea that the only ones that clapped were the flag officers, not wanting to do anything to hurt their chances for another star, were forced to clap. The military must despise Obama.

I think they also edited out the guy carrying the “applause” and “laughter” signs bearing the Presidential Seal.

Your post title gives one the impression that FNC edited out the applause during his original speech - not the youtube version. Perhaps a change is in order?

I really don’t see the big deal here...it appears to be an isolated incident on a youtube video.

Whether it was edited in or out after the fact is a bit tough to tell short of actually seeing people clap or not clap en masse.
