It looks like Nbc-Gate is hitting top volume. I’ve witnessed some very desperate blogging propaganda trying to stop the bleeding as the nation finally wakes up to the fact that President Obama was a British citizen at the time of his birth. Having been born with dual nationality, he was born with a recognized allegiance to a foreign nation. I have explained previously in great detail why this disqualifies him from being President.
The historical dam is breaking as more and more evidence surfaces proving Obama is not eligible. A reader of this blog who has asked to remain anonymous recently provided further historical proof that Obama is not eligible to be president. The New Englander And Yale Law Review, Volume 3 (1845) states
The expression ‘citizen of the United States occurs in the clauses prescribing qualifications for Representatives, for Senators, and for President. In the latter, the term ‘natural born citizen’ is used and excludes all persons owing allegiance by birth to foreign states.That is serious on point historical research. At the time of his birth, Obama owed allegiance to Great Britain. That is not disputed, it is admitted by the President himself. As for the one prior president, you have to explain the legalities to address the present case. For example, the law was different, statute of limitations, congressional rules were different then (ala how senators used to be elected)

By "another attorney" are you referring to Leo Donofrio - professional gambler and attorney?
Donofrio has never "reached the SC". He, like literally thousands of litigant's attorneys each year, has petitioned the court for a writ of certiorari, like any attorney can do when they've exhausted the appellate process at the lower court. To date, NOT ONE TIME has Donofrio been granted cert on this case (or any other case), nor has Donofrio argued a case in the Supreme Court. I find no record of Donofrio having been admitted to the Supreme Court Bar - yes, they have their own bar.
I should also point out that Donofrio has been the attorney petitioning for cert. Why is that? Because Donofrio's cases in this matter HAVE ALL been dismissed by lower trial courts, and those dismissals have ALL been affirmed at every appellate level. How about that?
Perhaps we should start with a more reachable goal: remove those who put him there - so they do not put another interloper in a leadership role. ... those who put federal judges on the bench who are determined to destroy the country ... those who excuse child molesters, drug kings and illegal immigrants who are violent criminals ... those who want us to drive three-wheel - three cylinder Yugos instead of the cars we want to drive ... etc., etc.

There is no explanation other that C.A. successfully usurped the office because he literally lied, hid and burned any evidence that would have proven him to be ineligible. The “country” didn’t find out about this until the fall of 2008. Since the public at large, and certainly the courts, were unaware of C.A. not being born to two citizen parents, it couldn’t reasonably be seen as precedent setting. “Nobody” knew at the time.

Therein lies the power of enforcing the Constitutional POTUS requirement. Instead of having to remove, one by one, all those who had a hand in this...as well as fighting (for years no doubt) the health care law & others, if/when Barry is exposed "mainstream" as being a usurper, it will (at the very least) politically damage all those involved causing their re-election to be cast in doubt for all but the most die-hard liberal districts. One "stone", multiple "birds."
