Yes, it sucked, but many people before him have totally flubbed it.
My concern isn’t with Obama’s throw, but with the MSM and their sports pages’/shows’ attempts to cover this up.
It wasn’t “over the plate”.
It wasn’t a changeup.
It was just a weak throw.
This says FAR more about the MSM than it does about Obama.

You are right, I posted this on another thread http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball/2009/07/14/2009-07-14_president_obama_throws_first_pitch_at_2009_allstar_game.html . They said it was not a “perfect strike” and then praised President Obama for the remainder of the article.
I thought his clenched first (yessss) and his waving was more embarrassing (considering the pitch). But yes the press was the worst and most dangerous... if they misrepresent this they can’t be trusted with more important issues.
