The United Nations Terrorism: Dimensions, Threats and Countermeasures conference in Tunis concluded that Islam should not be blamed for terror carried out in its name.
The UN did not blame communism for the Soviet gulags or the genocide in Cambodia, observed conference chairman Abdullah al-Ibi of Saudi Arabia. Yet, one can find language in the sacred manifestos written by its founder that could be interpreted as granting license for murder and mayhem. If communism gets a pass, so must Islam.
Ibi suggested that attempts to point the finger of blame will be self-defeating and that the West would be better off if it simply paid the required jizya. Then they would be assured of protection under Muslim law.

And Naziism should not be blamed for the Holocaust.

I wouldn't pay attention to the first suggestion that "we" used a drone to bomb the Pentagon. But a good working definition of jizya.
You were being sarcastic in suggesting we should bow to Islamic Law, correct?
Now just where should the blame have gone -- In Cambodia, to date, really no one has been held individually responsible although they are getting around to charging some elderly, powerless men (2 perhaps). The UN was largely populated by communists or their allies. Now the UN is largely populated by leftists and Muslims. Go figure. Of course, it is actually all America's fault, just ask the Archbishop of Canterbury!!!!!!
It’s the Christians! It’s the Christians! ...the meanies!
It’s azconservative. Satire. Though it’s hard to tell sometimes.
Oooohhh...my bad, LOL. You know things are in the tubes when you can’t tell the difference at first glance.
