Now just where should the blame have gone -- In Cambodia, to date, really no one has been held individually responsible although they are getting around to charging some elderly, powerless men (2 perhaps). The UN was largely populated by communists or their allies. Now the UN is largely populated by leftists and Muslims. Go figure.
