Kerry Preparing Grounds to Unconcede; Election Challenge likely on Jan 6th

Election Challenge likely on Jan 6th

If you haven't been following John Kerry closely, get ready to hear of surprising developments. The vote-defrauded, potential president-in-waiting has just indicated through his lawyer that the validity of George Bush's reelection is no longer a given.

On 23 December, 2004 Kerry's lawyer confirmed to MSNBC's 'Countdown' that John Kerry will be seeking (likely on Monday 27 Dec.) to expedite court proceedings in an ongoing recount suit by the Green and Libertarian parties. That might sound like just another "count every vote" exercise by the Kerry campaign, were it not for two important details.

Kerry's court filing will conjoin him to existing allegations that Triad Systems, a Republican-linked supplier of voting machines to around half of Ohio counties --"orchestrated" a covert campaign to thwart a legitimate recount in Ohio. If the allegation proves well founded, it could invalidate the Ohio recount and eventually even hand the presidency to John Kerry.

"I doubt that even he would want to go down in history as a guy who became president but helped destroy the county."

Funny; I thought that was The Cambodian Candidate's entire plan.

The picture of Kerry in the swimming pool actually has some of the DU'er's all hot and bothered, talking about french kissing and all. How gross is that?

I saw those words and suffered full-body shudders for about 20 minutes. Kissing his scars and other places, or some such thing? Ew.

"I don't think Kerry would be this stupid."

Would you care to retract that statement?

I'd think so too, but then I'd never have believed the nominee of a major party would allow himself to be photographed like this either:

LOL!!

This is a result of the fact that the Kerry campaign had money left over at the end of Nov 2 that they held back thinking that they were going to have to contest votes in Florida or wherever. Well, instead of turning it over to the DNC or saving for another Presidential run, he's going to use it up on lawyers contesting the election.

And money donated specifically for the recount. Which might engender a lawsuit if not pursued.

The problem with this guy has always been too much money and too much leisure time, and he's proving it once again.

He has likely been told to generate a record of pursuing this action, or risk a lawsuit involving not only his, but his wife's money. He's just covering their collective butts at the request of legal.

The Constitution specifies that electors will be appointed by the legislatures of the states in whatever manner they choose. This is one of the reasons the rulings of the Florida SC were instantly and unanimously vacated by the USSC in 2000. The SC-FLA had tried to interfere with the state laws as set by the legislature. On this, the court has no jurisdiction.

The electors having been duly certified by the legislature of the State of Ohio, no power in the world can overturn them other than outright malfeasance by the courts and the police. If that happens, we have more than a crisis on our hands.

Thanks for the article posting.

allegations that Triad Systems, a Republican-linked supplier of voting machines to around half of Ohio counties...

Just what does that mean? Republican-linked? (The nephew of the brother in law of the cleaning lady in the CEO's office is Republican?)

And how does that compare to "Democrat owned and operated CBS", or "communist-controlled" ACTUP?, or "organized-crime" branch MOVEUP?

Nothing quite that close.

A guy who became president to finish his work of destroying the country.

I think you are taking this too much seriously by giving it this type of analysis.

This article is written by an insanely delusional liberal on an insanely delusional website and our comments on it should be that of sarcasm and comedy, nothing else.

Since this delusional article has been already discussed on Dummyland; let PJ Comix handle it on his Dummie Funnies thread because he will make it a hilarious one.

Ok. Because you say so. But I'm just so amazed at how far this has gone. So I'll stay optimistic 'cause it is Christmas & Reagan up above would like it that way.

The writer of this screed and those who believe it are prime candidates for a new medical procedure.

In the Abdominal Fenestration Operation a specialized surgeon installs a pane of glass in the middle of the patient's abdomen so that they can again see the real world.
