Who’s the first person in a chain of people Kyle Rittenhouse should attempt to sue?
“How many times do you want him to be deposed?”
Deposition, schmeposition — when you’ve got ‘em by the short-n-curlies Depo is where you go to scare the ever-loving $#!+ out of their attorneys.
Kyle has danced with the Devil and kicked his f’n ass; there’s no cabal of corporate lawyers he needs to be afraid of.
As to Binger, i am not talking a defamation law suit brought by Kyle.
I think that the manner in which Binger brought the criminal charges aganst Kyle, without finishing an investigation, and the ethical abandonment of justice in order to conduct a political trial is a :
IMHO, this is actionable in Federal Court,
It has nothing to do with defamation.
Lin Wood? Wouldn't Rittenhouse would do better with an attorney who was, I don't know, sane?
Was Kyle Rittenhouse the underaged minor, being paid to provide security for the car dealerships?
The car dealership owners said no early on in the trual. And like a Columbo moment, Columbo would scratch an actual itch on his head and have to ask...
But the jury stripped it down to nuts and bolts and the rest is history rightly or rightly.

Prosecutors have civil immunity for those actions, too.
Don’t know if this is possible as far as damages, but in addition to a big check, I’d like to see each of these people make a public apology.

True if they are Federal prosecutors otherwise in jeopardy. Not so with State prosecutors who violate federal law via the Civil Rights statute.
How do you think all of those prosecutors after black voters in the Southern States were handled back in the day?
Be careful what you wish for. Civil trials are not like criminal trials. The standards for evidence are different, unanimous jury verdicts are not needed, and ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ is not the requirement the jury has to meet. Only ‘preponderance of the evidence’.

No, not Lin Wood; Sandmann has terminated him as one of his attorneys.
After he had gotten him settlements from CNN and New York Times.
I just learned that Rittenhouse originally retained Lin Wood to represent him, but he did such a poor job that Rittenhouse dumped him.
