No.
No, just follow the Constitution, it is all there
No.
They wouldn’t do it - but a new TrumpTV network could have a lot of fun with it.
Our best outcome possible is SC declaring the election in a few states invalid.... and ordering the constitutional process where house and senate elect president and vp.
One strategy that Trump could pursue if the courts refuse to go along is get Bill Barr to name a special prosecutor to investigate election fraud in the Presidential Election.
If Biden takes over, he will be faced with decision of firing the special prosecutor or letting the investigation go forward....
IMO, he and whoever his AG is will fire the special prosecutor...and create a mess in the process....
We wera all told to let the Mueller investigation to go forward, the right should demand the same thing.....
Basically thrown all possible roadblocks in Biden’s way if he takes over

In the US we don’t overturn elections, no matter how illegitimate. And the Supreme Court has NO role in the electoral process except to rule on very narrow lawsuits such as the one in PA that “might” get to the USSC after it is too late to change anything.
No. The electoral college vote is definitive, and there would be no going back, fraud or not.
The remedies are in Congress (either rejecting the Electoral College vote, or impeaching after the fraud is proven) . . . or in the streets. We all know which one is more likely.
No, it would then have to be an impeachment.
But Ill take it.

No. Trump needs to remember his own words to so many rallies. This is a movement and the movement mist be bigger than himself to thrive. Im fine with him demanding transparency and working the process but at some point hes got to know if its unwinnable and cannot allow himself to damage the cause. We waited over a month for Gore and I think Trump needs to put this behind him as some as possible so we can move forward. We dont need to see the cause damaged because of personal pride.
If theres a pathway to victory based on widespread fraud I am not seeing it.
No, absolutely not.
That won’t happen. It’s like people who thought the Court would find Obama illegitimate and then everything he did would be overturned. The court isn’t going to do something so drastic and even if it did, that wouldn’t mean that everything done would be invalid.
Umm...no
I fully believe there was some voter fraud but I don’t think Trump’s team will be able to prove there was enough to overturn the election.
We need to now focus on the 2 GA Senate seats. The Dems do not believe in democracy so of course they will try to lie and steal this one. Do not let them!!!!!
Nope.
If and after Biden is sworn in, he would have to be impeached and convicted by the Senate to be removed. Then Harris would be president. If she is found to be complicit, she gets impeached and convicted.
Then, we go to Constitutional succession. Speaker of the House becomes president, followed by President pro temp of the Senate, so on and so forth.
But that would hinge on the rat house impeaching either of them and finding enough votes on the senate to get 2/3 to convict.
YES, in an imaginary la-la land.
