One strategy that Trump could pursue if the courts refuse to go along is get Bill Barr to name a special prosecutor to investigate election fraud in the Presidential Election.
If Biden takes over, he will be faced with decision of firing the special prosecutor or letting the investigation go forward....
IMO, he and whoever his AG is will fire the special prosecutor...and create a mess in the process....
We wera all told to let the Mueller investigation to go forward, the right should demand the same thing.....

If the press tells the sheep that the special prosecutor is dirty they will believe it. There are two different standards for “justice” - special counsels are needed for Republicans, not for Democrats. Democrats are above the law. Look at Hillary.
Only a Republican president would be forced to let the investigation go forward. Biden will kill it without consequence ... he would do the same if Barr set up a special counsel to investigate Biden and Hunter for crimes.
