No, just follow the Constitution, it is all there
Nothing, not even the chicanery that manages to put a President Biden in office, can go on for any great length of time before the pendulum, swung so violently to the left, must swing back, achieving stability and more even flow of opposing points.
It is not true that freedom, once lost, cannot be regained, but now the price is much higher than before. Short term, we are all put into a squeeze that may be nearly intolerable for some, and highly uncomfortable for most others (including those of whose exuberance put Biden in the awkward position of President). We lived through eight years of Obama, Obama-lite should be almost a breeze.
Within sixty days of inauguration, Biden will be found to be unable to carry out the duties of President under terms of the 25th Amendment, and Acting President Harris will be pushed into the role. Judging from past performance, this is almost guaranteed to be a total epic fail, engendering resistance even from the legislative branch of the Federal government, and a storm of blowback from the voters all over the country, some even from California.
If you hang for the whole ride, this is going to be fun. Well, if you are an adrenalin junkie.
No. It is not all in the Constitution. The Constitution does not address the problem of a conspiracy to throw out the constitution. That is insurrection.
So once someone is sworn in as President it makes no difference how he got there?
