So once someone is sworn in as President it makes no difference how he got there?
There is no body (other than 2/3 of the Senate) with the legitimate authority to remove a sworn in President.
And those of you who think it would be dandy for the USSC to have such authority, reflect on the body of Supreme Court jurisprudence since 1942 down to the present day, and think again.
