In the US we don’t overturn elections, no matter how illegitimate. And the Supreme Court has NO role in the electoral process except to rule on very narrow lawsuits such as the one in PA that “might” get to the USSC after it is too late to change anything.

It has happened. IIRC, there is a case of improvidently elected governor. Nebraska? Court ruled the winner (who had been in office) was not eligible - not a resident.

Supreme Court has roles depending on how things develop below, but it can say it has no role if it wants to. In addition to legsilature sets the election rules, there are equal protection claims.
