MORE ON THE OBAMA 9TH CIR JUDGE WHO SEEMED TO SLAM THE ORDER
On August 1, 2013, President Barack Obama nominated Friedland to a seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She fills the seat that was vacated by Judge Raymond C. Fisher, who took senior status on March 31, 2013On January 16, 2014, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted to forward her nomination to the full Senate in a 14-3 committee vote.
Cloture was filed on her nomination on April 8, 2014. On April 10, 2014 the motion to invoke cloture was agreed to by a vote of 56-41. On April 28, 2014 her nomination was confirmed by a final vote of 51-40.She received her judicial commission on April 29, 2014.
Justice Sandra Day O'Connor administered the oath of office to Judge Friedland at her formal investiture on June 13, 2014, in the James R. Browning United States Court of Appeals Building in San Francisco.
Friedland is currently the youngest serving federal appellate court judge in the nation. At age 41, Judge Friedland ranks fourth among the youngest appointees to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. On February 4, 2017, Friedland and Judge Canby accepted an emergency motion by the Trump administration for a stay of the temporary restraining order in State of Washington v. Trump, part of the ongoing court cases related to Executive Order 13769. The stay is to be reviewed by Canby, Friedland, and Judge Clifton Friedland is married to Daniel Kelly and lives in Mountain View, California.

The fix is definitely in.
Even worse, I sensed that they were considering somehow blocking redress to the Supremes, and simply sending it back to the district for a trial.
They don’t have to rule on the merits at all. The case needs to be tossed due to plaintiffs lack of standing.
They weren’t all Democrat appointed. Of the three, two of them were. One an Obama appointee, the other appointed by Carter and the third was appointed by Bush 43. The Ninth is Moonbat Central anyway. Alan Dershowitz said the Ninth will rule against Trump, but that the state of Washington will have a hard sell in front of the USSC even with 8 justices.
I’m no lawyer, but from what I’ve heard of this hearing (live awhile ago on Fox News), the judges on the 9th Circuit have already made up their minds AGAINST Trump. Disgusting.
I listened also, and neither side had much of a case to compell the court to invoke a temporary restraining order and allow Trump’s EO to stand. The arguments on both sides were weak.
I hope Dershowitz is right. I don’t trust Justice Kennedy...

Frieand clerked with judge Sandra Day OConnor maybe she will call her for some mentoring. All her questions had to do with the merits of the case and not whether the states had standing.
All the lawyer should need to do is hold up a copy of the US Code that gives the President the authority.
The judges on the 9th Circuit don’t care about the law.
Dog bites man. Trump just needs to order the State Department to revoke all Visas from the banned countries and not issue any more, then tell the Democrat Courts to "Go F*** themselves!"
The first thing the Dems did in Illinois is get their judges in place. Most now run unopposed.
9th has been over turned by 50%
They may not like it, but I doubt they want the Executive to tell the Judicial branch to go pound sand if they should rule against the Executive in such a obvious case.

The order has gone out. Assassinate the political career of President Trump. No matter what it takes.
I think that the PIZZAGATE PEDOGATE WEINER stuff is on the horizon, and they are going all out to stop Trump.

The courts really have no power to stop the President if the President refuses to heed them. I think you might be right about the Supreme Court wanting to avoid a challenge of powers with the Executive.
But still, there are 4 kooks on the court, so no telling.
All any demoncrat had done is play games against Trump rather than work for the country and Constitution. They are not leaders but whiny little 7 year olds who should be kicked out.
They were questioning about a muslim ban. No where does the EO mention religion. They were arguing about left wing talking points, instead of asking about the Constitution, and the law set out by Congress.
It was a total fix.
