Even worse, I sensed that they were considering somehow blocking redress to the Supremes, and simply sending it back to the district for a trial.
I listened also, and neither side had much of a case to compell the court to invoke a temporary restraining order and allow Trump’s EO to stand. The arguments on both sides were weak.
They were questioning about a muslim ban. No where does the EO mention religion. They were arguing about left wing talking points, instead of asking about the Constitution, and the law set out by Congress.
It was a total fix.
